Made a typo on setting up an account. Vicki was helpful on livechat and fixed the issue for me quickly. Site seems a good layout and time to have some fun but hopefully not lose to much £££$$$£££! :)

Honestly I would just avoid. Any bonuses I had to beg for them on live chat then after they've credit it my whole account bugged. Logged in a month later do the same bonus and nothing, back to live chat with screenshots to complain and ask why I still have a bonus active that was already credit over a month ago? You tell me. Raised a complaint with the bug expecting my bonus but was told to sling it. Small bonus but poor customer service. Just avoid if your looking to join to use any bonus. Plenty of other sites out there that credit them without you having to contact support and beg for them. They told me the glitch was on my side by the say, unbelievable. 3 days later they finally removed the bogus fake promo showing in my account that they credit the month before. Look if you can't provide a solid reliable site for customers to use, how are you expecting people to not complain and leave a bad review after bringing it to your awareness? Complete clown show.

my first review was 5 stars as the site was great until today i tried logging in to find they’ve closed my account with my consent, they also haven’t provided a reason for the closure so ill now be updating the 5stars to a 1 star.

I've been using them for over a year, but I'll have to move elsewhere because I don't think it's fair if you place a bet on a player and he's substituted in the 5th minute due to injury, the bet is marked as lost.

Love the app, great promo's and lots of interesting stuff as well as good odds. Needed a bit of support with sorting one out and Jim was great, friendly, professional and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
