Don't waste your time
Not been with them long but, after a few wins, they have decided that they will no longer allow me to place sports bets. You'll be fine using the site, providing you don't win !!
EDIT 1/7/25: I did contact them as requested in their response below. Absolutely zero change in their decision. Why do companies put these review responses just to mess you about further.

Nearytwo weeks since opened a count have sent them everything re id etc apart from dna . Still not allowing me to bet or use bonus which expires soon.
They had no problem in taking my initial deposit though . They should od checks first not after deposit a disgrace . Had no replies to numerous messages useless company . Stay away

Joined via a Facebook welcome offer link which turned out not exist once joined. However, Jim on the Customer Service chat enabled the offer promptly and without issue, so was very helpful. Shouldn't have needed to chase it though. Site seems on par with others.

Do not honour welcome bonuses!
Signed up via a promotional link concerning a welcome bonus. When I got into my account I found out that I was unable to claim any bonus whatsoever. Support says that it is a 'business decision'; however this makes no sense given I have not even played on the site yet. Don't waste your time.
