A big scam
It's very easy to sign up and transfer money to them, they save all your details to make it easy for you to spend more. The moment you want to withdraw is another story. They have all your details but still you have to send iban, swift, account number, clearing number, bank address etc etc. The customer service represent asked me to email this info.
They are a big scam, don't go there. It will be a great amount of struggle to get out.

Very bad bookmaker
Changes the terms for bonus - put gambling max on wagers, which are obscure low compared to other bookmakers.
I will try to make the most of my bonus and see if I can fullfill their wager demands, but I will be very difficult with their gambling max.
Do not sign up as a member. I am getting out of there as soon as my account is 0 (either

Totally unnacceptable
Tried to deposit money with bank account: not possible. Tried to deposit money with PayPal: failed. Tried to deposit money with MasterCard: failed. Contacted customer support. They asked me my "four digit security number". Gave it to them. They replied the country my IP address was tracing to didn't match the country I have registered as my residential address. Explained I'm Portuguese and the bank account is from Portugal, but I now live in Austria, so I changed my registered residential address to Portugal to try to make the deposit work. Additionally provided all relevant information about my cards and bank accounts. They never replied back. Meanwhile have won 500+ EUR with bwin without a hitch, be it with deposits or withdrawals.
