I opened an account with Bet365 and deposited £100. I then put in my password to have a bet and it was not accepted. I then discovered my credentials are not known by Bet365. They said we do not have a record of yours. I have a stream of correspondence with them to get my deposit back. They keep asking me for more details. My pin my date of birth my mobile number Still no money returned. I am trying REVOLVER.

Hello, I got into bet365 as a new user, bet 600€ to trump, the bet COULNDT BE MADE(a message was shown that said it wasn't possible), I asked back my money, and they don't verify my documents. I have waited 10 days, and the next week I'll sue them. Total scam, even if you didnt bet.

0 stars. I cashed out a game 10 min before the end. Ordered withdraw. 2 hours later my withdrawal was canceled because they system made a mistake. Instead of voiding the game they took my initial 500 dkk stake and gave me 100 dkk loyalty bonus. Pathetic. And don't let me started on they customer service!

They charged me twice for the same deposit. When i contacted them they say that i need to talk to the bank. Even though they have charged me twice... I contact the bank and they tell me that BET365 needs to refund me.

I got the bank to block the payment because they could see the correspondence i had with BET365 support.

Don't give these people your card information!

Not good enough anymore. Their app is a total crash. They limit If you make some profit.

I am a long time member, think over 15yrs now using bet365 and i tried no less than 10 other sites and by far the best in the business is bet365, They offer the biggest variety for sports and their livebetting is amazing.

PS many of the review here are not fair on bet365

If i could give these jokers no stars then I would. Just closed my account after many years as it appears making billions for their ceo is more paramount than customer loyalty. I am aware that all edged insiders know when they are going to take a big hit then introduce technical difficulties on their website so you are unable to cash out. Best keeping your money or gambling elsewhere as before long you be ripped off as i was. DISGRACEFUL

These sore losers restrict you when you win and try not to pay you. What a sad bunch of swindlers.

I had a bad experience with Bet365 and their app. In the match between Bayern Münich - Red Star. I closed my bet as the app announced an equalizer (1-1) in the 78' minut. I regarded it as impossible for Bayern, in my case, to shoot 3 goals in 12 minutes so I immediately pushed the 'close bet' button. But there was no equalizer, and Bayern afterwords shot 2 goals, which would have made my bet succesful. It is an unfortunate accident and I hoped But365 would compensate for the mistake they made. But they didn't.

They blocked my account for no reason rip 10 dollar and they lie about free calls its cost 1 euro/ mins

I placed some large bets on small accas, i like to use the cash out feature and rely heavily on this for gaining my profit.
Bet365 had a problem last weekend and no1 could get onto this from half time to full time and conveniently it was working again straight after.
I asked for a refund they practically laughed at me.
They have issues and everyone suffers except them. Selfish company, good mobile app, shocking customer service

I have been with Bet365 for over 10 years and they have never ever restricted my account for winning

Worst experience ever. Paid my subs to watch Leeds United v stoke. Could then Not log in to play a bit of blackjack for amusement . So my ten quid is lost and I sid not see the game. In fact the whole thing was a shambles

Bet365 is a wonderful betting platform who gives you great bets and there is never a problem with the site.

This is by far my favorite bettingsite.

Oh! Dear,I reviewed Bet365 around thre years ago when I had a loosing account with them and I gave them top marks. This year (2019) I won around £7000 from them and now the maximum I am allowed to stake with them is £4. HOW PATHETIC!

Been with Bet 365 for several years now, and to-date have never had any issues with them. I mainly bet on Greyhound racing most days, and love the early shows, and the cash-out option when a non-runner is declared. Like any other punter, I have winning runs, and losing runs, but have never had any restrictions placed on my betting. I must admit I'm shocked to see all the problems people seem to have had with them. If all these complaints where relating to the absolutely dreadful Skybet I could understand, but Bet 365 to me, are without doubt one of the best bookmakers in the marketplace...
