Qirux H8 Drone is a con
Qirux H8 Drone is a con, absolute pice of crap. Save your money. Do not buy.
Seems a bit suspect
Seems a bit suspect. Do a check for "scam-busting-the-qinux-drone-k8"
in Google. Paying twice as much for a product that's meant to be 50% off!
Customer service excellent
Customer service excellent. I can't review the drone because I didn't even open the package. I had read reports that the drone performed less well than the advertised, specifications but by that time I'd already placed the order. I emailed trying to cancel but the dronevhad already been posted. When it arrived, I emailed requesting returns information. I completed the online returns form and very quickly received an email informing me that I would be receiving a refund. I was impressed by how promptly the company made it to request a refunded.
The reality
So, I haven't owned one of these, but I have been tempted to buy one as I see the adverts on YouTube regularly.
The reason I am writing this, is because I used to import drones from China via Ali Baba and you can buy drones for around £4-5 each, which have every "so called" feature that the top and most expensive brands have.
You will get a case. A good looking controller and a drone that looks ok.
The reality of these items is that they are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!
Ranges on these are barely further than you can spit. Trims are useless. Bluetooth and data is non existent.
Overall, these are mutton dressed as lamb and if you don't crash it on your first flight, they have a tendency to just fly off on their own, never to be seen again.
I have had REAL life experience with these things, I fly a lot of RC aircraft and I understand them well.
PEOPLE!!!!!
STOP BUYING THIS RUBBISH. THE REALITY IS THAT IF YOU WANT A MAVIC MINI, ITS GOING TO COST YOU A FEW HUNDRED £££ but they are incredibly good fun and you will be over the moon with them as an expensive toy. You only get what you pay for and a good quality drone is and, will always be rewarding. An expensive drone is easy to fly, they have real programs that ensure you can fly with little trouble.
Save up, or buy a used drone for less money.
Spend at least £200+ on your purchase, don't buy it from a toy shop (as toy drones, are for kids. And despite £80 will only act like a toy).
Clever adverts, shot on Mavics pretending to be something else are making you poor and some people. Incredibly rich.
Do your homework first
I did a lot of homework surrounding the Qinux k8 drone. It all seemed too good to be true. When I typed in qinux k8 drone official UK site into Google up popped a site sporting the Union flag. However, the big tell is when you click on the purchase tab. If this was an official UK based company with an official UK based website, then why does it then look like a foreign site with foreign terminology on the shipping section, such as ZIP/STATE and PROVINCE ? And after reading the other comments from people who have purchased this item or never received it, I am so glad I did my homework first or I would have fallen foul like so many other people have.

Thank you for the “Feedback” on Trustpilot concerning Qirux drone k8. Phew! Here was me thinking of purchasing one but won’t bother now!!
Qinux marketing claims are pure hype…..
Lots of customer service comments here. Is the drone itself any good?
Received mine 2 weeks ago. I was content to take the chance on what looked like a scam product, to amuse my grandson.
The drone is a cheap toy. All of the marketing claims are lies:
- the motor is weak, slightest breeze blows it off course
- the battery lasts 10 - 14 mins
- the camera quality is ok, but only what you would expect from a cheap toy. Nothing like the benchmark Mavik Mini drone which costs 4 times as much
- the instructions are incomprehensible. My son got it working quickly, because he has owned a Mavik Mini, understands gaming controls etc. But I would have been clueless.
- the transmission range is about 100 - 150 metres max. The marketing claims for kilometres range are ludicrous.
If you are expecting some miracle of a professional quality drone for a quarter of the price, you will be disappointed, even if it is not faulty, or does not fall apart within days.
If the seller was based in UK, they would be prosecuted for false marketing. But Qinux is tucked away in Hong Kong, China-blighted, so is well out of your reach.
Buyer beware.
Hope this helps.

Purchased a drone on 6th July with delivery stated as 10th. Eventually received it 2 weeks later missing birthday. Drone does not lift off and continually fobbed off by emails until they then just stopped replying. Terrible product and disgusting customer service!
Terrible company - avoid at all cost
very disappointed
I purchased a drones in may.it was faulty in his first fly. i contacted them by number of email. just received only email response that they will sort it out. its been a more then three month but still did't sort out this faulty iteam.
Great when taking your money - awful once they have your money.
Wife bought me a drone for my birthday in April 2022 and couldn’t praise this company enough for their customer service during the purchase. However when i had a problem with the drone (rear rotor seized during 1st flight) there customer service was the worst i have encountered... After several emails, being ignored then finally being promised a replacement that never turned up. More emails being ignored then being told i would get a credit that never happened we finally asked our credit card company to get involved July 2022. I have a really long email trail showing how rubbish this company is and gave then several opportunities to sort this but they didn’t bother so if you are reading this DON'T BOTHER!!
refunded
I recently purchased a drone from bestukdrones, it proved to be faulty, I emailed them and they were very helpful, they got back to me straight away. Even though the drone disappeared on first flight they still refunded my money. Happy with the service.
I wish I'd read the previous reviews first!
I have the same experience as other reviewers. I ordered a drone in April which hasn't arrived and have been initially fobbed off by Morgane who has now not replied to any of my emails. This appears to be a french company operating with a UK base so i was prepared to wait incase brexit had caused complications now , having read these other reviews i think that's the end of my payment!

Do not trust
Husband just ordered a drone for a birthday present. Took the cash for the drone but he has had no further contact. He has tried emailing them multiple times and it just bounces back. We don’t even know if we will receive the item or when.
Definitely one to avoid and report.

Non existant customer service
I purchased a drone from this company on 14 April 2022. Firstly, my order arrived late. Although I was unhappy at the failure to meet the delivery date agreement promised, I accepted the product as it was a gift that I had promised to my grandson.
However, I was even further disappointed when we opened the package to find a number of items missing.
The product was advertised as coming with a free battery, spare propellors, screwdriver and charging leads.
There was no spare battery, no spare propellors, no screwdriver and no leads to connect to the battery to charge it. Furthermore, there was no instruction booklet with the product!
In fact the only items in the package were, a drone, a handset and 1 battery. I immediately contacted the company Best Uk Drones via email. I did not receive a reply for a few days. Then I received an email requesting me to send photographs of the package, which I did. I then received an email to say my complaint was being passed to the warehouse manager...I have heard nothing since. I have tried numerous times to email the support/customer service team, but no reply. All I get is an email to say my message cannot be delivered. I have tried phoning and emailing this company on a daily basis for over a week and I am unable to make contact. Its almost as though this company doesn't exist, however, they have taken my money and failed to deliver the item they advertised. I am now considering legal action to retrieve my money. The customer service I have witnessed so far is totally non existant. I would be interested to know if any other customers have had the same or similar experience.

Drone won't connect to my phone. Sent many emails and keep getting asked to video myself following instructions. 5 of my friends all tried to connect on their phones but to no avail. Really disappointed as this was a gift for my partner.
