Horrible customer service

One of the products I ordered was not good so I made a return. I printed the return label that they sent and then I went to one of the Hungarian Post Office pickup points to return it.

The clerk could not receive the package because the system did not recognize the shipment ID number.

I wrote to the BestSecret that the return ID was not correct and what I had to do to be able to return the package.

After two days they replied that the case was ongoing and that they would respond as soon as they could.

This was over a week ago. I wrote to them again yesterday to ask how the case was going, but still no answer.

And this is not the first time that they do not deal with the customer.

I placed my first order through the…

I placed my first order through the app. I indicated pickup point as a delivery. Instead they sent the package to my billing address, which I was not able to receive because I was not hope. Italian Post incorrectly confirmed that they delivered my order when they did not, however later they sent me an email that it indeed was not delivered and they needed bestsecret’s authorization to release the package again. I sent COUNTLESS emails, attached all the relevant screenshots but all the reply I receive is that they see it was delivered, despite me sending proof from the post office itself that they could not deliver it. Extremely useless customer service

I’ve been very happy with them and…

I’ve been very happy with them and promoting them but now I am trying to explain my issue to their customer service and they don’t understand but reply with ready templates.
They are not willing to resolve my issue but keep repeating one and the same without connecting the dots.
Im extremely disappointed and i wont recommend them anymore!

I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer service for over 2 days now! I’ve filed many complaints and sent so many emails! I want to receive a return label so I can return a jumper I bought that is too small!

Nobody is replying! This is so unprofessional, I will never purchase from this company ever again!!! Shame on you!!!

ignoring customers

I had a similar problem a month ago. I received the wrong order and the correspondence with BS took quite a while until the problem was resolved. Three and a half weeks ago I ordered a few things and one item arrived in the wrong size and I informed BS and asked them to contact me about it. I ordered the item at a discount and I asked them to allow me to order the item they sent me by mistake under the same conditions. I received an email from BS that they would contact me.
Unfortunately, they haven't contacted me since then, but the even bigger problem is that I haven't received any response to my last 4 E-mails.
I think mistakes happen to everyone, but ignoring your customer's emails for 3 and a half weeks is really unprofessional.
I’ve been a loyal customer at BS for the last 6 years, but the way they’ve been treating customers lately I can’t recognize and I don’t think there’s any excuse.

Poor shop

Poor shop, customer service does not work at all, they explain internal matters that they need to forward to other department instead of helping the customers.
See how many people do they search for, nobody wants to work for such poor service.
Dont buy, as you buy problems.

Huge Collection and good service

The collection is huge and some items are available for very excellent prices - IF YOU CAN FIND YOUR SIZE FOR THAT.

Shipping and returns works great without issues. Usually the packet is shipped within 1-2 working days and they use good couriers. Returns also work well and you get refund soon.

WIth this site it is your look, you will surely find some stuff you would say wow upon discovering - but the excitement may be short lived if the size is not available.

I am in contact with Best Secret's…

I am in contact with Best Secret's customer service for nearly two months now. They do not want to send the return label. They keep sending the broken return link and ignore the fact that it is not working. I asked them to send me the return label attached to a support E-mail. They keep ignoring my request and the whole problem in general. Beware, you will not be able to return ANY orders. I tried to return my latest order and the website throws the same error messages.
