Easy and good replayability.So glad I found this service.

The provided service was useless for entering Colombia, which required an eTicket number. Best Onward Ticket did not provide any such number, and support was unable to assist me with this issue. I had to book a real flight while trying to check into another flight, which was costly and inconvenient.

I have used Best Onward Ticket multiple times to secure a return ticket for immigration purposes. The customer service is excellent everytime. Big thanks to Sara for facillitating the revision of my recent purchase. 👏👏

Very Nice Service. I used the service for the first time. I was in doubt initially will it even work for Visa. But taking risk I went ahead and it worked. Though while booking the ticket the flight time displayed was different but when ticket came it matched with actual flight time and i validated the pnr on flight website too which was visible. I would definitely recommend to use BestonwardTravel.

My most recent use was on March 23rd, 2026. I've been using this service for years, and yet to have even a SINGLE problem with it. Then again, I've not yet had a reason to contact them or change anything, so if/when I do, I'll update this review.

My ticket arrived within 10 minutes. I had no issues at Immigration or with the airline. This is an excellent tool if you don't have your exit planned or booked yet.

I paid for a ticket for a particular time and route due to the very specific application entry requirements of the country I will be visiting. I recieved a completely different ticket and route to what I selected and paid for and this has caused me major issues with my application.

This is a very time sensitive issue, I have been trying to contact the customer support but no response.

I am furious and out of pocket!

Your response is not genuine and you are lying. You did not and was not open to processing a refund and I am currently having to go through the dispute process with my bank in order to get my money back.

As mentioned before, for all other customers be very careful before booking with this company they are extremely dodgy. To avoid the headache, if possible I would recommend trying to use an alternative platform (there are many other options available) before booking with this one unless you really have to and are open to your ticket times changing without notice.
