A 10-Year-Old Could Do Better – Welcome to 1996, Not 2026
Update: I have been in contact with the company, and they have confirmed that they have initiated a full refund process. I am currently waiting for the transaction to be completed.

I fell for the high ratings and reviews, but boy, was I wrong. The ticket design is laughably basic—I’m pretty sure my 10-year-old nephew could design something more professional. It’s 2026, for heaven’s sake; no airline on earth uses a layout this outdated. If you’re going to charge people this much, at least put some effort into the UI. To top it off, when I checked the PNR on the airline’s site, there was a massive red warning saying 'Reservation only, payment due by XXX.' No serious consulate or customs officer is going to fall for this. Total waste of money.
