I had a similar experience with Expedia... cancelled my flight.. . They had the refund in my bank account in less than 24 hours....
I always use expedia now... there service is the best 👌

I bought my Singapore Airlines ticket to travel to Singapore in November 2018 for an engagement. Due to the cancellation of the engagement I decided to cancel my flight. I did manage to contact BestJet to notify them; the Support centre staff said that they will contact Singapore Airlines. I havent hear from BestJet or SIngapore AIrline as yet
Now I wonder if I shall see any refund or at all

I had booked my tickets earlier with them, and NOw I want to change my airline tickets and there is no help desk support from their end. even their website is down.

I had booked my traveling itinerary long time back via Best jet for my traveling from Melbourne to Delhi and I had received a confirmed ticket for my booking done from Singapore Airlines.
However, I had checked my PNR status online after receiving the confirmation of the ticket. But now, when I'm trying to check this today and found that the PNR is canceled.
I don't know on what basis this PNR is canceled when the money if paid for the ticket and received a confirmed ticket from the airline.
Now, the best jet site is not accessible and even you can't call on their phone number. Seems, best jet becomes bankrupt.

It is unfortunate to see such negative reviews for a very professional company. I was very concerned after booking my trip with Bestjet because of the reviews. I contacted customer service who were professional and informative and my e-ticket was provided promptly and accurately and I got exactly what I paid for. My exexperience with BestJet was extremely positive and I was impressed with their professionalism and service delivery.
SEAT SELECTION IS MISLEADING
SEAT SELECTION IS MISLEADING. I used the seat selection which costed extra money but when I went to check in I did not have these seats. They do not actually have to give you the seat you paid extra to have. They also do not provide refunds for this. It was completely misleading. Customer service took 90 minutes and was completely unhelpful. Never use bestjet, or at least never use their seat selection.

DONOT use Bestjet.com for booking…
DONOT use Bestjet.com for booking tickets.They will take your money and send you a receipt immediately but you will have to wait for ages to get your tickets. They say they send tickets within 72 hours but they don't . After 72 hours when you call them you are 42 in the call queue and once you reach some one after 45 waiting minutes they say you are not on priority and you will get the ticket after 48 hours. You wait for 48 hours and don't get any email from them, you call them again and wait for 45 minutes and again you are said sorry. Spare the pain!!!

Worst agency ever, have been waiting for refund for over 3 months, get same lame excuse t is with our accounts department when really they have pocketed the money making interest ion it and nNO MANAGEMENT want to take your call to resolve.

Like many others we had an awful experience with Best Jet. Booked and paid for international flights on 11 November and 10 days later no e-tickets, no response to emails and having to hang up after long waits to get through on customer service line. If this has happened to you CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY
We ceased all attempts to contact them after a week and lodged a transaction dispute with American Express. 5 days later we had our money back.
I really don’t understand why these lot are still in business! Do not book through them under any circumstances!

It is one of the worst travel agency never book with them. We book a flight from melbourne to amritsar on the day of flight we came to know they have half book the flight my parents end up in Singapore for 30hours and I have pay 500 from my pocket extra for hotel. I am disgusted with the ethics of this company. I am a frequent flyer, "why am i saying this, just to let you know i am able to book a flight.
My husband and i have been keeping an eye on Christmas fares as the prices are horrendously expensive in the month of november.
Now i just need to insert something here, as this has occured now on two occasions.
We previous have been on bestjet fortnight before, and the same fare came up as it did with the one i actually booked, however when my husband doubled checked that flight it just disappeared. Since we didnt book that one, we werent to concerned. Now jump a fortnight ahead, we had been looking at all options again, and early in the morning, the cheaper fare came up again, so we doubled checked and booked. When the e ticket came through it wasnt the dates we had checked in for, infact it was a week from today. Not even for the month of December.
So i rung bestjet to discuss & informed them of what happened. Apparently i had no recourse, because i was already issued the ticket which was by the way only sent sameday. i would not get a complete refund. However they could help me book at the time i wanted, costing $100.00 more. I SMELL A RAT!!
ITS CALLED FLEECING CLIENTS OUT OF MONEY. SO THEY GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT FLIGHT, IF YOU WANT THAT FLIGHT YOU BOOKED YOU PAY EXTRA TO THEM, IF YOU CANCEL & WANT A REFUND THEY STILL GET MONEY!!
WHY ISNT THE COMMISSIONER LOOKING INTO UNETHICAL COMPANIES THAT TRADE IKE THIS!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO STOP THESE COMPANIES TRADING!!
Extremely poor customer service - don't use
BestJet.com have extremely poor customer service, I would not recommend booking with them.
If something goes wrong/ need to change dates you're basically forced to wait on hold which took ~30mins - 1.5 hrs on hold. When you get through they may not help you and based on my experience showcase a very low level of care. On one occasion, their system wasn't working post a total 1.5hr timeline to get through, they told me they could not help further or call back to resolve the issue. They do not have appropriate customer support processes and procedures in place.

Got sent a ticket for the wrong day…
Got sent a ticket for the wrong day month and year. Told them it was wrong and they want $660 to change it -instead I bought a brand new ticket for $220. Staff were unhelpful. If you use something like Skyscanner and it gives you bestjet as an option -pay the extra few dollars for a better company and save the headache!

I booked my flight through best jet.com to Air India Airlines and I got a very good deal. But I had a very bad flight with Air India, while I was booking my flight I asked for child food for my kids but Air India didn’t provided us they gave Indian spicy food food to my 18 months and 3 years kids and they got very sick, going as well as returning. I really want to talk to someone about this.
