Was looking for a new home page and found this in a search. I needed a minimalist, highly customizable page without ads and am so far very happy with it.

Disappointed. Put a lot of time into getting a perfect homepage for me only to have it log me out. For some reason, Chrome didn't remember the password and I cannot get password reset emails to come to me, no matter how many times I try.
The guy who runs it lets you contact him only if your account is logged in. So, there's no way to get help for this issue.

My experience started out ok, but then occasionally the home page would not render correctly during initial load which means I also couldn't login. Clearing Firefox cache and reloading the page didn't help. Couldn't figure out what's causing the problem or how to fix it. I'll give props to the author who did solicit me for more information, but unfortunately that won't be forthcoming since I cannot duplicate the problem on demand and have already moved on to another product.

You really are an awesome creator. I want you to know you are appreciated for your hard work and fast diligence in fixing this page. I tell everyone they should use your homepage because IT really is the BESTHOMEPAGEEVER!!

It seems every time an update is done I loose my icons. I just lost 8 of them. This sucks.

I have been a subscriber since 2020 and have loved this home page. The August update made it even better. However, the update caused some "strange" behavior I have not been able to fix. The built in link to Amazon in the launchbar does not work on my main PC, but it works on my laptop. Go figure? Also, I added a new website to the launchbar on my PC (which works great) but it does no appear in the launchbar on my laptop. All the other icons are there and work fine. Opening the page in "incognito" mode causes the Amazon link to work as it should. These are minor problems, but enough to drop my rating a bit. I still recommend the page. The issues are likely unique to my computer?? There is no way to contact the author to identify the issues above that I can find.

Impossible to send Justin a feedback since it does not appear under the ACCOUNT tab. No feedback form. Maybe a one star will get his attention. On my page an old icon for Amazon appears and can not be remove. It will work when i first sign into MBHPE home page but eventually stops working. I loaded on the new Amazon icon to use but the old one sits there with no way to remove it. Other than that and the no feedback form I have found the changes OK.

I left my original review below but had to change it after Besthomepageever act very quickly to answer and fix the issue. I don't think I've ever had someone actually fix something that fast. Thanks and I will continue to recommend to all my friends.

I love Besthomepageever but if you need help it's horrible. There is no way to communicate with anyone by chat, phone or email. My homepage is not syncing when I use it on another computer and can't find a fix.

Glitchy ! The default Amazon icon works and the doesn't ! What's up with that?

This home page was great ...until it went through a major "upgrade" at the beginning of August (2022).
The "Help" section is totally worthless; if your problem isn't listed in the FAQ section ...good luck. I have an Amazon link icon that's dead when I sign in to my account, yet works just fine when I don't. I cannot delete the "dead" Amazon link; the "hover over" delete function doesn't work on it even when the feature is selected (and works on the other link icons). There appears to be no other way to delete link icons other than the "hover" feature. The "Feedback" feature is non-existent; the link doesn't show in the "Account" section so there is no way to contact the developer (like there used to be). The two posted videos are worthless as they are too old and have no bearing on the current version. Why force an "upgrade" that's not ready for publishing? Even the graphics of this version are just crappy looking; why does every graphics layout have to look as if it's the draft of the final version? If I could go back to the previous version I would as it worked and looked great. This version? "Blah" looking, incomplete and buggy.

I have been using Besthomepageever for two years and have been very pleased with it. It is very versatile and customizable. The only thing I wish they would improve is to allow the user to make the Brave search engine as one of the choices for default search engine.

I definitely do not like the new look. I have found it impossible to add websites to the home page. All the instructions are for the old website. Very frustrated.

Loved the version just prior to August 1, 2022. I hope we have the option to going back. Plus, it takes forever to load. I can't believe BHE made such a major and sudden change. I spent all day trying to reset all of my laptops.
