No product, no refund, and the email is no longer deliverable. 4 months and still nothing was ever delivered.

Even one star is too good! Place my order in June and never got the patches or a refund and it is now September!! Emailed them numerous times giving them the order number, demanding a refund and now the email address dont work. Plus, the tracking info says it is invalid as well..BIG SCAM!!!!

I got duped too! Ordered May 31st. Have yet to receive and it's August and now their email doesn't even work and they have ghosted me. RIP OFF!!! Don't order them!!!!

This company is going to take your money & you’ll never get your product or a refund. They strung me along with emails stating it was route for almost 3 months and now the tracking number has expired and I get no response.

Worth 0 stars. Order has been held at “waiting for shipment” since June 10th. All communication has been patronizing and dishonest. Do not order!!!!!

Scam....DON'T ORDER! purchased June, it's now August. ..no product, just lots of promises to get it resolved...then, once "shipping company" confirms its lost, then refund. Whats to confirm, tracking number says never left China.... I will do more research in the future, if it's not here in the USA I will not purchase

This company is a total scam. I ordered over 3 months ago and every time I ask for a refund they say it has been shipped. Do not buy here!!!

BUYER BEWARE
This is a super shady scammy business! Made a Purchase online in June was provided a tracking number that is from CHINA that is obviously fictitious since there was never any movement and I never got the product! To make matters worse, all available emails get bounced back and there is no contact information otherwise.

I ordered through Sphere Ventures Corp. I never received my order. It was a scam in my opinion. The respond by saying we are waiting to find out what happened to the package. In the meantime when you receive it you can return it for a refund. What a laugh! Very disappointed! I have gone back and forth since the end of June. Very poor company and no resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Order placed May 25 for patches, and was never received. I did receive a few emails promising follow up and refund but nothing! Now the very end of July 25 and zero response to my emails, and of course no money refund.
Clearly this company is a scam!! Do not order, do not trust!! Scamming people!!

I never received anything just a email stating so sorry to hear that you haven’t received anything. If it is showed lost we will refund you your money. Well never received anything back from them or any patches. They are a scam for sure because now they blocked me and I can’t send them anything at all. I just wished people wouldn’t scam us hard working people. Beware everyone and do your research before you purchase anything.
