I ordered a item that said would be delivered 7-15 work days, phoned them multiple times, and just they just said wait.. its now been 1 week past delivery time. Worst customer service

first purchase a digital watch with tracker, great, speedy delivery. Second purchase, a tablet, no communication even after 12 days....sent three contact me regarding my product with order number, literally no communication or acknowledgement of receiving my enquiry. Quite simply not good enough.

No way to contact them, order never arrived. Bullshit company.

Thank you Best Deals for replacing the memory clock that was faulty. Your handling of this matter was excellent & completed in a timely matter. Your email communication was 10/10.
We have received the replacement clock in time for Christmas.

I ordered a couple of items in the beginning of December and by 20 December they had both arrived. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised, as I ordered before I saw the terrible reviews. After reading them I tried to cancel my order. When I tried to contact customer service (by phone) I couldn't. I tried to email but received no response. Happy to report that both items are exactly as described and I'm pleased with them.

DONT USE THIS SITE - I used as I thought they were based in NZ but appears not. Order placed 11 November. On 13 November marked as sent. No tracking number, 4 emails sent with no answer, cant get through on phone number provided. Wanted this for Christmas but too late now. Have now requested a refund but after reading other reviews dont expect to get one? Very frustrating,

Placed an order 27th November. Same as the other reviews. Tracking is a joke. Phoning gives you the cut off tone. The money went out of my account straight away.

Ordered (like many others) an item for Christmas - no tracking details sent & logged a dispute (as paid via AfterPay). They provided a false tracking number (was an item delivered to someone else in 2022!!!) and have tried 9 x times to contact them (phone & email). Absolute scammers and shouldn't be allowed to run a business in NZ. Don't go anywhere near them!

Placed an order on 28/11. Order almost immediately displayed 'send' but haven't received any tracking number or an acknowledgement that the order was actually sent.
Tried calling the Auckland number and always has an 'in use' dial tone (remember those?), not to mention that the company displayed in my phone isn't Best Deals.
Tried using the contact form online but got no reply, other than my own message sent to my email.

Paid 15$ shipping for a kids tablet on 30 Nov, item hasn't even left China as of date.
There's no way this is coming within Christmas.
Very disappointed and frustrated as there are other websites which have shipped faster internationally to me and those orders were days after 30 Nov.

No email reply. Takes weeks to send product don’t buy for best deals

I made an order on 25 November paid by Afterpay , it’s now 12 December and nothing, I logged in order says processing
I tried ringing yesterday after hours I got a voice message confirming it was best deals so tried all day today and calls just drop, all the contact us links don’t work so I think I can kiss that money goodbye
And the cheek of them still advertising for Xmas grrrr Scammers!!!!

I recently ordered a 4 wheel rollator walker (4th December). I then became very apprehensive after reading a number of very negative reviews. I sent Best Deals an email query, to which they replied within two days. My walker arrived yesterday - 11th December, and I couldn't be happier. I'm so pleased I carried on with the order. Thank you

Items never arrvied. Do not reply to emails or calls. DO NOT USE

I bought a Maxkon califont. The shower head was faulty, I couldn't turn the water off. I emailed the company, they asked me to send a video. This means setting up the califont again just to film it . I phoned the company, it took over an hour waiting to speak to someone. Their only advice was , I can't return the califont for a refund until I provide them with a video. The product is faulty and the company are difficult to deal with.

Everything has gone wrong. Placed the order & received an email saying it had been despatched. Then absolutely nothing. They on't answer the phone, link to track delivery does not work. Definitely been had.

This replaces my review in early December when I thought Best Deals was a scam. It was misleading and not based in NZ as implied however I received prompt replies to all my emails and although the order took 4 weeks to arrive this was entirely due to the courier in China and the courier Aramex in NZ. I then thought the product was not as described but this was my error as I’d failed to see it properly. I have increased my rating because the customer service was excellent. Just be aware that the products come from China and not locally (hence 4 and not 5 stars)

2nd update. After many emails I was finally given a refund.
Update. Parcel finally arrived and my squishmallows are little hard plastic things. Not what was shown on their website.
I would never buy from this company or recommend anyone to ever again.
Absolutely terrible service. Happy to lie about when a parcel was shipped even though I sent the shipping information they sent me. They say it was actually shipped a week after the date it was and my parcel is still not received in the timeframe they gave me. Then blaming the courier company and taking zero responsibility.
Will not refund anything and I would have thought as a gesture of goodwill perhaps refunding the shipping fee I had to pay on two separate items, may have been offered.
Unreliable and unapologetic.

I ordered a digital camera for my son for Christmas and they sent tracking information, yet nothing is showing. I can’t figure out where to contact them as their website page “contact us” is down and their phone number doesn’t connect. It is definitely a scam website! $100 wasted and my poor boy now has no birthday present

SCAMMER ALERT!!!!! ORDERED A $480 SAXOPHONE, AFTER MULTIPLE UNANSWERED PHONE CALLS AND UNANSWERED EMAILS THEY FINALLY EMAILED ME A FAKE TRACKING NUMBER AND SAID IT WAS IN THE COURIERS HANDS WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP I WILL BE WARNING PEOPLE ON INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK ABOUT THIS SCAMMING SITE!!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR ITS ONLY TO WRITE MY REVIEW, KARMA WILL GET YOU ALL🤬🤬🤬
