BestCompany.com keeps public “representative” profiles of people long after they’ve left a company, using their names and likeness to drive SEO traffic. In my case, I’ve asked multiple times for my information to be removed, and it’s still being indexed by Google — even though I no longer work for the company they’re associating me with. This is misleading to consumers and unfair to professionals whose names are being used without permission. Many people may not even realize their identity is being used this way. I have asked them to remove this multiple times and they refuse. I had to get a lawyer to write a demand letter.

I was looking at Medical Guardian but their reviews were really bad - even on their site. I have a screenshot I sent a friend showing they had 2.7 average from 16,072 "real reviews" on Best Company... and today I check back and they've somehow managed to make that review score 4.5 all of a sudden, with the same amount of reviews. Something doesn't sit right with me here. Will be reaching out to the government body about this.

I was examining reviews on this site, they rank a company like sunrun as the best company yet BBB which is highly more believed then this fake company, has them at a 2.3 rating, as well as many others with thousands of complaints. This tells me the reviews on this site are fake, not to be believed

Was looking for reviews for efile.com for my taxes. Saw on Google preview it had 47 reviews on their site. So I go on bestcompany.com and see there's 47 reviews and in the little five star graphic at the top of their review page that one and a half stars are filled in. Yet right next to that graphic is says "OVERALL SCORE: 4.6" Make that make sense.

This company has fake reviews on every company page it showcases. They charge companies a monthly sum, so they can get ranked higher. This is why no one uses this company to check for reviews. It's basically a scam on businesses who think this website is legit, but in reality more people will check Google or Bing for reviews before any other website. Do not use this website.
