Campervan Finder Reviews

We had a good experience booking our campervan through Campervan Finder. Michael was responsive, professional and managed to get us a great deal. 😁

Great experience with Campervan Finder! The whole booking process was quick and easy, with great advice and excellent communication from start to finish. We got a great deal on our campervan and everything was clearly explained. I would definitely recommend Campervan Finder for your next road trip!

This is probably my fourth or fifth time booking with Michael since around 2022, and I honestly keep coming back for a reason.

Their prices are always reasonable, the service is great, and everything is handled quickly and efficiently. What I appreciate most is how helpful and accommodating the team has always been. Whenever I have questions or need assistance, they are always happy to help and make the whole process so much easier.

After using them multiple times over the years, I can confidently say I’ve consistently had a great experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be booking with them again!

Such a streamline experience from start to finish. Michael was wonderful in helping us secure our vehicle without any hassles. Would definitely use again.

Très réactif !

Michael was extremely helpful from my initial enquiry to my booking. He suggested different vans to me, based on my requirements. The price was good…better than booking directly, which was super too. All my questions were answered promptly, despite the 8 hour time difference! Looking forward to our trip in November.

Michael was very helpful and prompt with all information he made the experience very easy.

Michael was a fantastic help and helped me book exactly what we were looking for. He answered all questions promptly and made the whole process easy. Thank you Michael

Our contact Gust was very helpful and did a great job. We had a more than amazing holiday in wonderful Australia.
Sorry for the late review Gust.

Gust helped us by searching a few campervans we could pick from. That saved us time & stress.
And money!
3 times: Australia, Tasmanië & Nw Zealand. All 3 good and reliable campervans.
Hooray for Gust!

We booked our camper through Campervan Finder and had a fantastic experience! The customer service was top-notch and they responded to all our questions incredibly fast. We felt supported every step of the way. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free bookin

Conversing with Gust was very easy and helped make the whole booking process very easy. Despite the time differences between us, Gust was always very prompt in replying to my requests.

We have used Campervan Finder in the past and have always found them, to be very helpful.
Michael replied very quickly to our initial web search and was able to offer us a couple of options for our forthcoming hire, one of which we have now booked.

We have found Michael to be an excellent contact and, based on our previous experience, can't recommend him highly enough.

Flo from Campervanfinder was very responsive and helped us quickly find a campervan that matched our needs. Even though prices increased overnight, the booking process itself was smooth and professional, and we felt well supported at that stage.

It’s important for future renters to understand how the structure works: Campervanfinder is a broker, not the rental company itself. In our case, the vehicle was provided by AutoSleepers, and the pickup in Cairns was handled by their local partner, Camperman. This is quite common in Australia, but it’s something backpackers should be aware of so expectations are aligned.

The pickup experience in Cairns could have been more detailed. The local staff were friendly, but not always fully familiar with all the vehicle features (bed conversion, awning, solar setup). My recommendation is to take your time at pickup and ask for hands-on demonstrations rather than explanations only.

That said, I want to highlight that Campervanfinder, and Flo in particular, remained engaged and ultimately showed good faith and generosity in supporting us afterward, which I really appreciated. While some issues were outside their direct control, they handled the situation professionally.

Overall, I would recommend Campervanfinder, especially for their booking support and willingness to stand by their customers. Just be aware of the partner-based rental model and do a thorough vehicle check at pickup to ensure a smooth trip

Was great to have someone who could pinpoint what vans were available for our specific requests. And communicate with us and answer our questions.
