I chose this company when purchasing my Karndean LVT because the online process was easy and the price was very competitive. However, the true differentiator is the people behind the company. I started the queries through Live-Chat and the response was fast. I could feel there's real person behind it, not a robot. Charlotte has been very responsive, answer questions clearly and processing the order efficiently. She also helped me move the delivery date to align with my project stage.

Bought Karndean rigid core flooring. The price was very competitive when I compared with similar online sellers and no hidden costs. The service was good, keeping us informed and contacting to confirm delivery date and any site restrictions. Delivered and looking good. Overall good service and quality flooring.

Change to locking system
Be aware that the Kronotex locking systems have changed!
Ordered floor a year ago for living room which was fantastic but couldn't decide what to do with my hallway so left it for a while!
Decided I wanted it the same floor so re ordered Kronotex Amazon floor, arrived great! When it came time to fit it wouldn't clip together.... called customer service and when I explained the issue I was then told that the locking system has changed and to cut a locking mechanism off and wood glue so it will fit to 'old style mechanism' why wasn't I told this at point of my order? especially as I asked at that point if it was exactly the same floor..... thanks! Now a easy job has just become more complicated!

We’re sorry to hear about the difficulty you experienced when installing your recent order. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been when you were hoping to extend flooring purchased previously.
Your original order was placed in February 2024, with your most recent order in February 2026. Since your first purchase, the manufacturer has updated this range, including a product name change from Amazone to Amazone Aqua. As part of this update, the locking system was redesigned to improve water resistance and overall performance.
As a retailer, we aren’t involved in manufacturing changes, and unfortunately these kinds of specification updates can occur between production runs. As your recent order was placed online, we weren’t aware you were looking to match a floor purchased two years ago. Had this been discussed at the time of ordering, we would have highlighted the potential for changes between batches.
Our team did provide guidance on how the two versions can be joined. We appreciate this may have made the installation more complex than expected, which we understand is disappointing.

I ordered Karndean LVT flooring which I had selected through Bestatflooring.co.uk.
