Happy as Larry

My first parcel was damaged, probably from the delivery DPD driver , not by best 4 systems.
I wasn’t happy about this, hence the bad review.
Martin from the office emailed me about my concerns.
He also sent out a replacement straight away on next day delivery, which I have received with no damage to the packaging.
I would like to say a big thank you to Martin for dealing with this quickly and professionally.
I have now changed my review to 5 stars 🌟
Happy to buy again

Ordered the headset few months back

Ordered the headset few months back, they accepted payment but then they send an email after a week to say they don't have the item and if I want a refund but then I opted to wait and wait and wait till finally it arrives after several months last week. if it was me I will do some good gesture by sending a pen just to say sorry for the months delay... beware guys call before to make sure they have the item before you pay.

I have investigated your case and can confirm that on this occasion unfortunately the manufacturer took an unacceptably long time to supply the goods. As a result we have declined to offer their products in future.

I note that one of my colleagues contacted you on 3 separate occasions to advise on the delays and asking if you wished to cancel the order. They were advised that you wished to continue to wait, so we proceeded as per your instructions.

I regret that we do not have logoed gift items but most certainly would have sent you a pen had they been available.

The driver said we had refused delivery…

The driver said we had refused delivery this was not true we were out most drivers leave parcels by the door I need these a s a p yesterday a member of the public who lives five minutes away from me brought me my package it was left with them courier was rubbish

I'm really sorry to hear of the issue with the courier. I regret that once the order leaves our warehouse we are beholden to the courier company to deliver. Unfortunately in the days prior to Christmas they are extremely busy and issues can unfortunately arise. According to the DPD portal delivery was refused by Jo at 13.23 on 23/12/25. I will request our DPD manager investigates what has occurred as a matter of urgency.
