Frames are good quality and delivered…
Frames are good quality and delivered quickly, but the perspex used is too thin and distorts when clips are pressed down. I shall need to replace it with thicker perspex or glass.

Good product. Packaging needs improvement
Website easy to use and could easily get what I needed. Happy with actual product.
Massive waste of packaging. Box enormous for size of product, needing huge amounts of packing to protect it. Box could have easily been half size and still provided enough protection.
Also was shipped via FedEx who refuse to leave anything in a safe space. Useless to people who work full time.

Great glass and aluminium frame
Fast delivery. Very well packed. Frames are great as I wanted glass and a slim aluminium white frame. Very easy to mount and plenty of fixings. Very happy with my purchase.

Broken frame on delivery
I ordered a number of frames, unfortunately one frame glass was broken when delivered. I contacted customer service who immediately replaced the frame without a problem - great service THANKS
