Organisation is extremely poor + some advice for you

Organisation is extremely poor. It was extremely difficult to enrol our daughter into their classes as they do not answer email and if they do, that's after days/weeks. Eventually we started visiting the centre more often so we could speak in person and make arrangements (also in this case the information provided was incomplete and poor but at least it was something)

Eventually our daughter decided not to continue with the classes and we went there in person to withdraw her subscription. We were told it was automatically cancelled and we would have had to reapply in September, so we didn't need to do anything

In late August we receive this email asking for the term payment. We explained the situation, that we talked to the gentleman at reception, and that the information provided was that we didn't have to do anything. At the point we were told that we had to pay £100 to cancel her enrolment at this point. This means the information provided was wrong. Unfortunately because they are also so poor in answering emails, we didn't think to write them in order to have proof afterwards

Advice: talk in person but also always write down everything to all of their contacts so you have proof. They misinform you at the reception and eventually you won't have proof of what was told then. An absolute disgrace of organisation
