Camberley one was awful. Staff are rude, place is filthy. The foam pit had a stinking sock in it, I assume from the day before. Young member of staff blamed my son for it; after I showed him that my son did in fact still have socks on both feet still, he then had the audacity to ask me to “do him a favour and pick it up for him”. Erm, no thanks. He also shook his head in disbelief when I said no. Avoid this place.
Please be aware of what signing up for membership includes. It's not openly advertised that only 30 spaces, out of the 80 available on each session, are reserved for members. Three times I've had to pay full price to book my kids on sessions that were fully booked for members, but had lots of availability to paying non-members. Cancellation terms are 90 days, plus time to your next DD payment, so potentially nearly four months.
Beware of Jump Membership terms
Joined in 2018! Thought it was an annual membership
My son hasn’t been there for over two years but somehow I missed the regular monthly payments taken out of the bank.
Only recently due to their change in computer systems did they contact me for payment and insist on 3 months termination payments as per the rules
Not once did they contact me during the last two years to advise that the membership was still live despite no usage
Shame on you for such underhand contract terms and unwillingness to waiver the 3 Months termination fee !
Beware of the terms and conditions
The customer service was very poor. Having travelled out of our area to be so disappointed with the visit.
I find it incredibly ironic that they make sit through a stupid, box-ticking waste of time 'safety' video when the 'safety' rules are not followed. Kids are allowed to run all over the place through the waiting areas and lobby - despite the rule to not run ANYWHERE in the complex.
Makes it a complete misery for parents to sit and wait for their kids when packs of snot-faced, foul mouthed kids tear around the joint making it so loud you can't hear yourself think. And to top it off - you have to pay to be there. COMPLETE JOKE
Surely safety rules should be adhered to both on and off the trampolines - No? If they aren't - is the local authority obliged to inspect and ensure H&S is being followed?
An indoor trampoline park in Camberley Surrey for all ages, sound good? Yep that’s what I thought, sadly it’s not as good as that!
The booking in process is absolutely hideous! Long queue, repetitive questions asked by the staff who on whole are still in education and appear to have zero customer service skills and sub zero desire to provide good customer service.
My children have the membership, this means we book online as per the norm turn up in time to book in and watch the safety video then bounce for an hour, unfortunately it doesn't quite happen like that, it is such a long and arduous task to actually get booked in, constantly repeating the information until finally the staff digest it then regardless how many consecutive days you attend you still have to watch the same mind-numbing safety video and are asked if you have completed a 12 month ’waiver’.
Suggestions and complaints have been given to the company but the extreme lack of interest in their response and ’well that’s how it’s designed’ reply shows that customer service is 100% not their thing. I’ll be cancelling my children memberships and going elsewhere where customer service and experience is important.
They will only reply to positive feed back their social media page.
