I bought my rug on here and it is perfect! The delivery time/wait is slightly longer but it looks exactly how I expected it to and is really good quality. I didn’t have any issue's & The price was really affordable as well compared to other companies. Would definitely recommend!

Worst company ever! I ordered 5 rugs from this company at one time, they took longer than expected to arrive, and the quality and the colour of the rugs looked different to what was shown online. They were also sent in 4 different packages, which I found odd, as they would have all fitted in one! After sending several emails regarding a return, I'm still yet to get a response. Returns were down on the system for four days after receiving my parcel, and i find it absolutely disgusting that they are trying to charge £19.90 PER PACKAGE to return! This explains why they have wasted lots of unnecessary package, in able to charge the return fee four times! I have asked the simple question serval times by email, "can I send the rugs back in one package, to only occur one return charge" but still no reply! You also have to take customs declaration for (CN23) into account when returning from the UK which is just added stress and fuss for what should be a simple return process!
I am so disappointed with this company, and will definitely not be ordering from them again. I strongly advise others not too also, unless you want to pay nearly £80 to return four rugs which did not cost much more than the return charge! Scandalous!!!

I did not get the full delivery. One carpet is missing from the order delivery. There is no information about when that will be delivered.

Good platform, good Products, i like!

I odered two rugs from this website and received them fairly early and quality of the rugs were impressive, so I wanted a bigger one however when I trued to return it I was informed the return cost 99 zl which is crazy for a pack that size, I emial them and they told me there is no way to lower the cost. There is no other online store which advertises their return in each page of their website and have such a awful policy. Online shopping depends on this policy since I can’t see the physical product until it is in my possession and if you want to change it, good luck.

Firstly great website , easy to use . Great prices and most importantly the rug when arrived looked exactly like the photos. 10 out of 10 . Delivery was from Germany and arrived in just 5 days brilliant.
I am very happy with my purchase. And when I am looking for more rugs ,guess where I will go to to buy ? Yes Benuta .

Ordered wool/poliester rug, it's exactly as on the photos, very happy with purchase. Just a shame they don't offer any form of free returns as Internet only service (in case rug don't match the style) as then would buy only from there website.

Beautiful carpets and Best service ever.. I ordered beutiful wool carpet. Had some problems with finishing the order. The service was really helpful and polite. I received also some discount.

Carpet is nice, but packing needs to be better

Dont recommend. They sent 2 times the wrong sample, and despite the fact they said they would be sending once again the sample, it never arrived. I doubt they even have that carpet I was looking for.
