The quality is great

The quality is great, the colors are beautiful, and the delivery was fast. Unfortunately, after paying for the full bedding set, I was informed that the pillowcase in this color was out of stock. I contacted support right away because I wanted the entire set in the same color and asked to cancel the order, but they said it couldn’t be done. I would much rather have one complete, stylish bedding set than just some parts of it.

Delivery was fine, but ...

Delivery was fine, but the product doesn’t fully satisfy me — the way the package swings around suggests it was stored improperly.

Bad customer service

We ordered curtains but received the wrong items. Unfortunately, I was traveling and couldn’t check the delivery immediately, so I trusted that the correct products had been sent. When I finally unpacked them to hang, I discovered they were not what we ordered. I contacted the company to arrange a return, but they refused, citing that more than 30 days had passed.

As a business, we have made multiple purchases from this company in the past, but this experience shows a serious lack of customer service and reliability. We will no longer be ordering from them in the future.

Received my item quickly but in a WRONG colour

Quick delivery. Very nice quality of the item itself. However I received the item in a wrong colour. Fortunately, the colour was very similar to what I wanted. So based on other people's comments and issues with getting a refund, I won't bother returning it.

Stay away from this shop

Rhenus is the worst shipping company in the world - the courier delivered the carpet to the wrong address and Jotex blamed me for it and charged me for the return.
Jotex customer service does not want to explain your case, they only defend the shipping company - they do not care about their customer despite hard evidence pointing to the courier's guilt.

Rhenus to najgorsza firma wysylkowa na tym swiecie - kurier dostarczył dywan pod zly adres a mnie Jotex obciazyl winą za to i pobrał pieniadze za zwrot.

Obsługa klienta Jotex nie chce wyjaśnić twojej sprawy tylko broni firmę kurierską - swojego klienta mają gdzieś mimo twardych dowodów wskazujących na winę kuriera.

kompletne dno

I am writing here because i feel hopeless. In short i have ordered 29th of June 4 chairs , delivery Ostróda, Poland. It should take according to the website max 10 days. It's 5 weeks and i don't have the chairs or the money. Contact with this company is useless no phone only email and the answer is always the same. We are in contact with Rhenus company etc. no matter what you write the answer is the same. I also tried to call Rhenus but i was told i a very rude way not to call anymore and wait patiently. I thought that something like that was not possible but I was wrong. 5 weeks and i don't know what to do and thinkin about reporting the case to the police as fraud. To jotex supervisors , below is the order number if you want to confirm my story 614-20005256.
And one more thing , and its true not a joke . There was a delivery attempt 2 weeks ago . The courier arrived to my flat , I opened the gate , he drove in , opened the truck and guess what ...? He told me that he drove 30 km to me thinking that he had the package on his truck but somebody forgot to load it . Madness.

We really tried our best to speed up the shipment, and I am sure that Rhenus also tried their best. Unfortunately there can always happen unexpected failures, we also do not have an insight, what and how exactly this could happen.

Regarding your money: of course you will get your refund, but a refund can only take place, after the returned item is in our return warehouse.

In case you decide to give us one more chance, just message us after receiving the reordered item and we will compensate you.

DHL odesłało Twoją przesyłkę do nadawcy, w historii śledzenia przesyłki nie podano powodu zwrotu. Możliwe, że produkt uległ zniszczeniu w transporcie.

Twoja przesyłka została automatycznie zaksięgowana jako zwrot i otrzymałaś zwrot środków za potrąceniem automatycznej opłaty za zwrot w kwocie 19zł. Oczywiście zwróciliśmy Ci tę opłatę (19zł). Otrzymasz ją w ciągu najbliższych dni.

Decyzja czy i kiedy zamówisz produkt raz jeszcze należy wyłącznie do Ciebie. My z naszej strony składamy obietnicę zwrotu ewentualnej różnicy w cenie produktu wraz z kosztem dostawy zamówienia.

Friendly (even if a little late) customer service :)

All went well with first two orders. With the third one got a different product than ordered - the customer service didn't reply within the promised 48 hours, but when they finally did they provided immediate money refund and suggested I keep the received product anyway. And in case I don't like it - they suggested I give it to someone as a present ;))

The actual purchasing process was easy…

The actual purchasing process was easy online, however we bought our bed frame weeks ago and still do not have any estimated delivery date. Jotex sent us tracking information that doesn’t work because apparently their delivery partner Rhenus hasn’t moved the packages from the warehouse. But for the amount of money we paid, we should have better estimates for when we will actually get our delivery.
