Beautiful table. Was a little nervous as it's more than I'd planned ro spend but crossed my fingers that it would look nice enough to be a little investment piece for my home. I'm really glad I did, I absolutely love it.

Fantastic quality
Great company to deal with, excellent customer service from Jack. We ordered 1 x long length rustic shelf with inverted brackets and 2 x short length rustic shelves with inverted brackets. The quality of the shelves and brackets are simply fantastic, we are very happy with our purchase. Bought the pipe bracket wall shelves. They look so good in my kitchen everyone comments on them. very sturdy and well made and delivery was quick and I was kept informed throughout. Would highly recommend.

We had an issue with one of our shelves…
We had an issue with one of our shelves but the team at Ben Simpson got onto it straight away. They very kindly replaced the item and it was sent to us within 48 hours. Excellent customer service and I’d recommend the products, the shelving looks amazing.

Great Service, Support and Products
Great service, great support and great product. Unfornuately our bench was damaged in transit but I can not fault the service peovided to us by Jack even before this. He supported us to resolve the situation very quickly and fairly.
We would reccomend Ben Simpson to anyone and will be returning in the nrar future. Prior to this I ordered the wrong bench to go with our table and before anything was sent. Jack contacted us to explain and helped resolve this.
