Excellent Customer Service
Dealing with Ben Simpson Furniture was a pleasure. The business gives the impression they are proud of their products and care about their customers. The item came in good time and was well packaged, with fixings and instructions for installation. A minor issue was dealt with quickly by their Customer Service representative which I couldn't fault. Great customer experience
Great customer experience from start to finish. Ease of placing the order and choice of products on offer. We opted for a fireplace mantle. It arrived in good time, easy to install and looks great. Really pleased with our purchase.

I was shopping around for ages to find the perfect mantle piece for my renovation project.
The price (and quality) I’d been offered by the company fitting my fire was awful and v expensive.
I ordered from Ben Simpson and did not regret it. It’s beautiful. And the company who fitted my fire said they were so impressed they were going to approach the company and ask can they become a reseller.
Since then I’ve ordered a couple of shelves and will order some more when I have someone to fit them

Oak fireplace mantle
I bought a solid oak fireplace mantle. It was the best mantle I could find for the fireplace project I was working on. The price was good and the delivery fast. The mantle looks amazing above the fireplace, was very easy to fit and actually looks more expensive than it was. I love the large knots and the tool marks. I highly recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered a rustic pine mantel, it was really lovely, unfortunately I ordered 50 cm instead of 50 inches, I was so cross with myself, and assumed I would be stuck with something that I couldn't use, after all it was my mistake. However after telling them of my mishap they kindly agreed to exchange it. Everything was dealt with really quickly and kindly. I now have a beautiful mantel that I love. I will be a returning customer! Thankyou!

Osborne dining table ....
Delivery was fast and the item packaged well. The wood is REAL rustic wood and looks beautiful. I ordered the osbourne dining table 140cm, and got 5% off ordering it on Etsy. I would've given 5 stars if not for the overpriced matching bench! At £450 for just one bench, its put a bitter taste in my mouth. So, I think I'll look elsewhere.
