I disagree, I definitely found it shopping with this company.
From start to finish it's been brilliant. Ordering was simple, and I received step by step notifications of the order process. Installation instructions were provided via a qr code. Honestly cannot fault them.

Amazing, as usual!
Third purchase from Ben Simpson, and it won't be the last! Fabulous quality which immediately elevates the feel of the room. I've now ordered a coffee table, dining table, console table and fascia beams from them and all of it has been very well crafted. The only thing is that the color of the various woods is not very clear online; it's best to get samples , this will ensure you get exactly what you want

Beautiful quality.
Bought some dark wood shelves for my living room recently.
They are not the cheapest, but in my opinion, they are the best.
Was very impressed with the quality and workmanship.
Second to none.

Excellent product, great company.
Ordered a 200cm floating shelf for my kitchen and was fixing to a plasterboard wall. Ordered the special fixing kit and it is ingenious. Shelf is absolutely solid.
Looks stunning and the quality of the wood is excellent.
Will definitely buy from here again and 100% recommend.

Not table for dining
This product was advertised as dinning table however it doesn’t fits for purpose- dining. We received stripped table with natural wax coat and has become dirty and stained after one use. I approached them and they said its their philosophy to keep it eco. They offered to send wax and never send it. If you want a table for instagram aesthetic photo thats not suitable for dining -Thats the product. If you looking for dining table definitely not recommended

We're very sorry to read that you've been disappointed with your dining table.
After seeing your review, we contacted you directly by email the same day to try and resolve the matter, but unfortunately we have not yet received a response.
Having reviewed our records, we can see that when you initially contacted us about the marks on the table, we offered to send a sanding block, waxing rag and wax to restore and protect the affected area. Unfortunately, due to an internal workshop error, these items were never dispatched as intended, and we sincerely apologise for that oversight.
Our furniture is finished using a natural wax rather than synthetic lacquers or chemical coatings. This is a deliberate choice that aligns with our environmental values and allows the timber to retain its natural character. We appreciate that this type of finish requires different care and maintenance compared with heavily sealed furniture, and we're sorry if this was not what you expected.
In our email, we also offered several options to help put things right, including:
Sending the care kit (wax, rag and sanding block) as originally promised.
Manufacturing and sending a replacement section of the tabletop.
Accepting a return of the table for a full refund if you feel it is not suitable for your needs.
We would still very much welcome the opportunity to resolve this for you and would be grateful if you could respond to our email so we can find the best solution for you :)

Amazing products and service
We purchased the Fleetwood coffee table, and I was extremely impressed with the experience. The customer service and communication was second to none, and the quality of the product is exceptional. The timbers used are heavy and gerat quality, the joinery and craftsmanship is impeccable, resulting in an extremely high-quality coffee table with a beautifully rugged and rustic finish.
Absolutely over the moon with the result — it looks amazing in our living room. Highly, highly recommend.
