SENT BACK £500 WORTH OF GOODS BUT NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND
where do i start...
a few months ago i bought some eyelash curlers that turned out to be FAKE i managed to sell the original 20, but before realising they where fake i bought an additional 50. after a lot of back and forth from benny bargains i managed to refuse delivery from them off the delivery driver. it took about a week for them to say they have received them back, then told me i would have my money back in 14 days. i waited 14 days patiently for the refund (£500) but never came. i contacted them but didn't reply to me until i had sent multiple emails, when they finally replied they said "apologies" we will look into this and update you, again it had been days with nothing back from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

To clarify, the products in question were sourced from a verified supplier and are tested to be authentic.
Please note that accusations such as "fake" and "scammers" are both serious and misleading, and do not reflect the values we uphold as a business.
We then sent you evidence to prove the authenticity of the products you ordered and yet you still decided to falsely claim they were "fake" and threaten us by saying you will report us to your bank to get a refund, and that you will give us a "bad review" if we don't give it to you.
We aren't responsable for you lack of selling capabilities, if you are unable to re sell the products you purchased from us, then that does not mean you can go and falsely accuse us of selling you a counterfeit product just to try and get your money back.
Our refund policy states we provide refunds for damaged goods or missing goods, not false accusations.
