I placed an order and accidentally placed using an account that I did not plan to use. Once I realized my mistake a few hours later, I emailed to see if the charge could be switched to another account. I got an immediate response and was able to do so upon the companies recommended course of action. Saved me a big headache! Thank you Bennett Winch. Will always be a customer. (Not to mention the product is amazing and so well crafted)

Another superb product - passport wallet. There was a minor problem with the delivery but Ali resolved it within hours of being contacted. I would unhesitatingly recommend the company and their products.

It's really the weekender to have if you plan to do a one bag travel anywhere , be it rugged or professional . It still has that outdoorsy look reflected through it's olive colorway , yet having a subtle touch of luxury with the vegetable tanned leather accent all around it . It really does'nt get any better that this .

My first Bennet and Winch purchase. I ordered two items. One arrived in good shape, and the other had some visible damage, possibly transit damage. When I alerted B&W about it, they asked me to hand the product over to the courier company that delivered it, and they immediately posted a replacement product. True premium, both the products and the service.
