Policy amendment fee…
Overall no real complaint about Bennetts insurance. The only issue I have is the £32 admin fee attached to policy amendments. Considering 90% of the work is carried out by the customer via online form filling, this fee is basically piracy.. if you take out Bennetts insurance.. be sure you dont need to amend your policy.

Initially I received a very competitive…
Initially I received a very competitive quote and was happy to proceed. I was then asked for further documentation which I supplied immediately. Then I kept receiving messages informing me that I had to provide the requested information or my insurance would be cancelled. I attempted to resubmit the information but I was unable to as the system could see that I had already submitted them! I have since received a notification of the cancellation of my insurance with a fee almost equal to the entire policy! Absolute shambles of a company.

Having bought a Chinese Scooter
Having bought a Chinese Scooter, I didn't know how difficult it would be to try and insure it. I had tried other insurance companies before Bennetts but none could find my new Scooter. So I tried Bennetts and after some searching they found the bike, and with some additional security devices fitted to my bike, Bennetts came to the rescue. Staff where fantastic and the cost was very reasonable.

Bennetts can be trusted should you make a claim
Very easy to renew the policy. I could have gone elsewhere where I might have got a cheaper offer but it is important to consider the specifics of cover provided. Three years ago I had my motorcycle stolen from the street and I made a claim. The processs was handled exceptionally well by Bennetts and I received a very good settlement amount, within a very short period of time
