Great support in times of need at an affordable cost. I have used diagnostics services multiple times for myself and my daughter and each time it’s been really effective in reducing wait times and getting the information needed to refer back into the NHS for treatment.

The process from initial appointment through to the procedure was very straight forward and I was pleased with the interaction with all the people involved. I was made to feel comfortable at every stage, the treatment was carried out as described and I am pleased with the outcome.

I contacted Benenden Charitable Trust…
I contacted Benenden Charitable Trust to request financial support for a long-term medical condition. My circumstances had been further exacerbated by a recent separation, a house move, and financial pressures while caring for two young children.
The charity reviewed my application, provided guidance on the support available, and made a generous financial contribution that helped me get back on my feet.
I will be forever grateful for the help I received when I needed it most. I am especially thankful for the sensitivity, kindness, and compassion shown by everyone I spoke with throughout the process. Their support made a real difference at a very difficult time in my life.

I received great care and service from…
I received great care and service from all the staff and Consultant at the hospital they sorted everything out in a couple of visits as I had the problem for a long time.
I was very anxious on the day of my procedure and scans but the staff and Consultant were all very understanding and were very kind.

Thanks to Benenden I was able to…speedily have tests and advice from an excellent specialist
Thanks to Benenden I was able to arrange an appointment with an approved Specialist, avoiding a long wait in the nhs , and receive all the necessary investigations and follow ups which had lead to a plan of treatment. I am so grateful for this reassuring care and “got things done” which could have been a long wait and a lot of stress.
