Excellent service
Getting an answer to an issue I had without having to jump through hoops and fill out numerous forms only to be told no appointments available. Assured me that although he didn't think it was anything sinister i should have it looked at by a specialist. Gave me his thoughts on what should happen, for me to then take to my GP, I have now got a GP appointment, albeit in 3 weeks but at least I have a appointment. Thank you Benenden for being there when needed, which is more than I can say for the NHS.

Lengthy NHS cardiology waiting lists
Having waited for 10 months for NHS treatment, I was immediately approved by Benenden for cardio diagnostic tests. I saw a cardiologist within days of my contacting Benenden. The diagnosis was confirmed within days & I was referred to the NHS who then took over my care. I am very grateful to Benenden.

BRILLIANT SERVICE
I got an appointment quickly on a day an time to suit me, I even got to choose a doctor, the doctor listened and told me what was wrong but also explained where I could get a test done near me and they sent meds straight to chemist and I had them withing the time it too my sil to collect them, they are so accommodating.
