Their automated customer service chat bot confirmed a shipping address change with me, but the shipping address was input incorrectly on their end and my package ended up in another state. However, Coach Nikki assisted in a swift and effective manner in order to correct the error!

It was touch and go for a while. I think the problem was a shared one between us. I Couldn't get anywhere with online chat (AI) but, once we made phone contact everything went smoothly. Thanks for your quick resolution.

Coach Mark did exactly what I needed once I finally got connected with him. He was prompt and efficient.
The problem I had was my fault and he was very understanding and patient with me.

Your product is absolutely terrible it’s so laggy and the app is always crashing it gets my phone so hot it takes a while for it to work back to normal the app is not accurate at all with swings freak yall and yalls products I want a refund now I don’t care about the 14 day policy I want it or im suing yall bc this has not helped me not one bit I tried and tried bc I thought it was user error but it’s not it’s yalls shitty app

He was patient, professional, and stayed with it until everything was resolved — no runaround, no canned answers. That kind of ownership is rare in customer service. I had some problems with my hitting mat and coach Nikki was on top of it and helped me out by sending a replacement asap
