I had requested a return for the Golf at Home product. I was contacted by Mark in Product Support. He described other options that I could consider. In the end I decided to stick with the return and Mark started the return process. Several days later I decided I wanted to keep the product. I emailed Mark and told him to cancel the return. He also gave me a $25 dollar refund for deciding to cancel my return request. Mark was knowledgeable about the process and a pleasure to work with.

I had a great experience with Golf Daddy. Although, it was not exactly what my son and I were looking for, I did have very good graphics and great looking golf courses.
We decided to return the Golf Daddy. I clicked on the refund button and was sent right away to Coach Mark. Coach made the whole return process so easy. I had several questions and of course they were not at the same time. Mark answered each question quickly and professionally. I will definitely continue to watch out for all Benchmark products and tell all my golf friends about Benchmark products and how GREAT I was treated by Benchmark representative Mark. Thank you,

Mark helped me out. A part of the bracket that holds the cell phone. What's missing a piece? And he shipped out a brand new tripod to replace. Just that little bracket . So far so good on customer service.

Well i ordered this as a birthday present, expecting it to be here before then, coach mark explained that they only do shipping on weekdays, Coach mark really helped me see the delivery process a bit more clearly thanks coach mark.

Coach Mark at golf daddy was a great help in getting my order to me quickly and correct. He was able to get the carrier straight as they had a problem finding my address. I bought two of the products but it didn't really do what we needed it to do, but the company was awesome about respecting our misunderstanding of the product and coach mark helped us step by step to return the product.
