Good phone service and nice guy
Good phone service and nice guy. Sad to say I wasted £60 on an oven door repair that hasn't worked. I wish I had been told it was hopeless and saved a bit of money. Very disappointed to be honest as the online reviews were so good.

From your comment it isn't clear whether you ordered a spare part from us and fitted it yourself, or if one of our engineers repaired an appliance for you.

Fantastic service from start to finish
Fantastic service from start to finish. Called the store at 1pm in regards to a new washing machine as our old one had packed in that same day. Gentleman on phone was very pleasant and helpful. 2 lovely men from bells domestics turned up that evening and new washer was fitted, installed and our old washer was taken away all by 6pm. We are extremely grateful for the super efficient service and pleasant staff. Massive thanks, Mr and Mrs Chadwick.
