Amazing amazing. What a service . Thank you all so much .

In the last 3mths we have had to replace 4 electrical items. Oven,cooker top, and intergrated fridge & freezer.very pleased with the company who delivered in a couple of days,the two engineers who installed them were excellent,we are very pleased & would recommend them.

Needed a new tumble drier,enterprise 2000 was recommended to me .brilliant service from start to finish the lady on the phone was most helpful made it easy for me abd the delivery team were brilliant nothing was too much trouble for them .I would recommend this firm to anyone

Excellent service from this friendly local company. My Bosch dishwasher was delivered exactly when promised by a very helpful team. Cannot fault Jess and the team. Highly recommended.

Honestly this company is the best, jay was our first engineer and I can honestly say you will not meet a nicer guy. It was decided that a new hob was needed,along with the office staff this was completed and fited in less than 24 hours. A huge shout out has to go to the 2 fiters(sorry I didn't catch your names) who were quick,tidy and honestly a massive bonus to the company. So to all involved I thankyou

It is our second time using this local company. They again were excellent. In particular the gas engineer and delivery man, nothing was too much trouble for them, an asset to the company that’s for sure.

Had an amazing experience with this company. Our washing machine broke and they came out on the same day, the engineer was fantastic, it wasn't worth fixing as was old and once one thing is fixed something else will go, so we bought a new one. It was delivered 2 days early and fitted really quickly by 2 amazing guys Paul and John. With this company you get a real feeling of community. I cannot recommend them enough.

Excellent service from installation team disconnecting gas oven and hob and installing electric oven and hob. Which currys refused to complete. Very friendly and professional service from the team

I have bought a few products from enterprise 2000 over the years and have been very pleased with the service and also after sales customer service. I would highly recommend this small family run business.

Purchased fridge which became faulty. Enterprise2000 would not assist. Legal claim started against Enterprise2000 in respect of the faulty fridge and their lack of duty / obligations under consumer protection legislation.
Will update after court outcome.
UPDATE: As you can see from reply below, retailer states the fridge is 5 years old and refers me to the manufacturer in their response.
Consumer Protection states that I am covered for a period of 6 years, Enterprise 2000 has consistently ignored my consumer rights.
Even in their reply here they are still ignoring my consumer rights.

I’ve just finally had my fridge freezer fixed by a man called Dean!
He couldn’t of been more efficient and Kind, it’s a job I’ve been waiting for for a year with another company, whom visited 4 times and still couldn’t fix my fridge/freezer for me!

It took him about 20 mins, no mess
Really professional job and I’m so grateful it’s finally been sorted!!

Outstandingly excellent service from start to finish - cannot praise them enough!
From the first telephone enquiry to the fitting of a new washer- drier (with old one taken away) took a mere 24hrs!
Polite, superbly efficient, effective communication between staff, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Couldn't have asked for more and have never known such a high standard of service at all levels.

Our washing machine and tumble dryer both stopped working at about the same time. Enterprise 2000 were really helpful in identifying suitable products which would stack on top of each other and sourced a stacking shelf for us. They then arranged for prompt delivery and fitting, overall providing an excellent service. (For what it's worth we don't normally leave reviews, but have done so on this occasion as the service was exceptional)

Nicki, working in the Swansea showroom, was very helpful to my elderly mother in her selection of a new oven. The advice given was very helpful as well as the courteous approach used when organising the delivery of the oven.

I had to replace a (vented) tumble dryer, and needed one on the day (three loads of wet clothes, raining outside...) so checked out the Enterprise 2000 website which had a range of units in stock and ready to take away from the store in Llansamlet. Assisted by the helpful Nicki, I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes, with the unit carried and placed in the boot of my car by Enterprise 2000 staff. Perfect.

Got the unit home and in place - unfortunately, this new unit had come with a metallic (and less flexible) vent pipe which I could not get to align with the vent in the exterior wall. Called the store, who said pop in for an alternative. Nicki provided me with a replacement rubber / plastic vent pipe and checked with the in-store engineers to make sure it would fit the unit I had purchased.

Got it home, fitted the vent pipe and was up and running. This new pipe even fitted the exterior vent cover on the outside wall.

I am happy to recommend Enterprise 2000. Their customer service was excellent throughout and the units were competitively priced - and most important for me on the day, they had what I needed in store and available without having to wait for delivery to store or home.

I will use them again in the future.
