Wish I had done my research before ordering - and shame on Shopify for listing them as a customer.
Ordered a dress for a wedding, it took over two weeks for it to be delivered.
The dress is unrecognisable from the picture; different colour, shape is weirdly cut and the fabric is unwearable.
They offered a refund if I send it back to Albania, which would cost £18.80 - I'd receive an £11 refund!!
Unless I wanted to take a 85% credit against something else on their site. Unlikely!!

So I haven’t received my product yet after waiting for a week despite the website saying 5 business days. On tracking, I can see the product is still in China and I’m now in high doubt as to the quality of the product I’m going to receive. Looks like a British site but I think that’s a bit of a front! Probably avoid this site

If I could give no stars I would. Awful quality sandals, not at all as the illustration.
Although UK in the name the product came from China & returns are to ALBANIA (deep in the small print), at purchaser's expense, which costs more than the purchase price.
