Beko fridge freezer didn't work, couldn't keep temperature as needed. Engineer booked who said 2 parts needed, but parts not available for 2 +weeks so we exchanged for another make/model which works beautifully. Will not get Beko again.

Really pleased
Really pleased. Only had a couple of weeks but so far this is a great dishwasher and so quiet. Washes really well and there are plenty of cycles to choose from including a quick wash and a half wash. Much better than my previous Hoover model

Beko Freezer For Garage
I bought this Beko freezer to replace my existing Beko which I have had for about 20yrs & was still in good working order. The only reason for replacing the existing freezer is because I wanted a frost free one. If this one lasts as long I will be more than happy.

Fridge Freezer stopped working just 4…
Fridge Freezer stopped working just 4 months and a few days post purchase. Contacted Beko warranty cover, they sent an engineer a whole week later. The engineer within a minute said it can’t be fixed and needs to be replaced. I contacted the warranty team again the next day. They said it would take 3-5 working days to make the decision if they would replace. So at this stage I would have been without a fridge freezer for 2 weeks before they would have made the decision and god knows how long before they finally would have replaced. I had purchased from JL so I contacted their customer services who replaced it with a Bosch one. I wouldn’t buy Beko again.

New Cooker - faulty oven
Bought a new Beko Electric Cooker. The oven has been really slow and everything takes longer to cook. It turns out that there is a fault in the oven and now waiting for parts and engineer to install. I would rather have it replaced.
