Very good service

Very good service. We had bought a bulk order of Linda Silica catlitter crystals that looked different that the individually packaged product. Bastiaan checked into it and could confirm it's the same product. Also when an order is a little later to ship (because he was away), i was mailed. I love this personal customer service where so often nowadays communication is automated and made uber efficient but the human touch present in all transactions is missing. I appreciate the good customer service and personal touch
