Terrible customer service - no way of offering repairs or replacements within the UK! I discovered the grinding mechanism stopped working 1 day after the 12 month warranty had ended and BEEM refused to do anything about it. After getting advice from Citizens advice UK they said they would attempt to repair the machine if I sent it to Germany but with no promise of repair or replacement and postage was £70!!

Didn’t work when it arrived. But they have refunded.

Very quick from ordering to delivery. Had a few issues getting the two pin plug into the supplied adaptor but then realised I was putting it in upside down. It makes a really good cup of coffee. Would recommend the product and company 😀

Magic !! Works perfectly, easy to clean, sufficient capacity. Induction heat and drive. Well worth it.

Never received the product and when contacted was told it was out of stock. Not happy.

We first purchased coffee maker and love it. We had a decal issue fault in the unit their instantly offered refund or replacement as we had not owned it. The new one arrived promptly and old one collected with no hassle. Seamless service

Had 3 coffee bean to cup machine in a 12 month period all broke with same problem the steamer stopped working I do not recommend them

Lovely looking machine , but hard to turn coffee handle as so tight.
Lovely coffee but a bit of a faff , time-consuming to clean etc every-time. Also for more than 2 people still use good old Italian coffee on stove with lavaza milk frother

The product arrived badly packed. On opening there was a part broken. We sent an online message followed up by a telephone call. We were asked to send a photo which we did. There has been no further response.

Ordering was simple and flawless. Delivery was on time and packaging was all intact. Not opened the box yet as its a Christmas gift.

I have always been doubtful about the potential of domestic espresso machines to serve up drinks that can match the best from independent coffee shops but this machine has exceeded my expectations. Superb shots pretty much straight out of the box with plenty of scope to experiment and fine tune. Well equipped, good build quality, very speedy delivery. Happy to recommend as a very serious contender in a crowded marketplace.

Excellent samovar. I had never used one before but it was so easy and perfect for the party.
