This company is dreadful, does it really exist ! . Bought a jet washer. It arrived in brown cardboard box from China. The packaging was nothing like as described in the selling material. The parts did not fit and actually broke while assembling. Have tried numerous times to contact via email to their Help email address but have had no response. Do not buy from this company

I ordered the jet washer expecting it to be able to get the mud off my patio. It arrived in a bag, no box. I put it together and it leaked out of all attachments. It then stoped working all together. I contacted them several times, one reply came eventually asking me to send a video of it not working which I did. Then nothing. Terrible rip off company. I have unsubscribed. Do not buy from this company

Been using their smart watering system for about two months now. At first I was hesitant because of the price point, but honestly the durability has proven itself. The app integration works smoothly.

I have still not received my item. Emailed 3 times stating thus and no reply.
Item now says delivered yet nothing received

Took it out expecting mediocre results from the price tag, but this chainsaw handled everything I threw at it without hesitation. The battery indicator could use some clarity on runtime estimates under heavy load, and I'd appreciate more details on the product page about what conditions drain it fastest.

Purchased a strimmer at a cost of £79.90, it broke the first time I used it, was flimsy, of very poor quality. They refused a refund and sent another strimmer which also broke the first time I used it!!

Disgusting customer service. I ordered the pro washer which failed to arrive and despite numerous attempts to contact. Zero response. I have raised a dispute with my bank. Do NOT order.

Bought a pro wash. It came in a damaged box and not working. Company not responding to many emails and phone number not valid. Do not buy from this company

Finally found something that actually makes weeding bearable. The knee cushion is exactly what I needed for my back garden projects.

Do not use this company I order power wash gun .. came in old cardboard box, no instructions and no case. Phone numbers are not available and emails are ignored.

My neighbor has the premium brand equivalent that cost three times more. Mine does the same thing, charges faster, and the grip is actually more comfortable. He's annoyed about it.

Bought one defective unit last year, contacted support on a Saturday and got a replacement before the following Wednesday. Their process felt genuine, not like some scripted corporate response.

I would be very careful before you buy from this buyer, I bought a jet spray and it’s come I a broke brown plain box no instructions, no plastic box to keep it in it looks like it’s been thrown around a wharehouse I can provide photos I have sent lots of emails and no response at all

The high-pressure cleaner is decent, though I wish the nozzle attachment came with more settings. Still gets the job done on my patio faster than my old electric one. Not perfect but solid for the price.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. I ordered the M70 cordless washer and it arrived in a smashed up box and with one pin missing from the charger. It seemed flimsy and poorly put together. I have tried contacting customer service by the form on their website and although I know I clicked all the right pictures it kept on saying I had got it wrong. I have emailed and have had no response. The phone number is also wrong. It has one digit too many. So I have a battered box with a useless tool inside and I am nearly £50.00 the poorer. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

At first, the price seemed suspiciously low compared to big brands, but after two weeks of regular use, I’m convinced. My deck looks great, and I spent much less than expected.

I ordered the weeding wheel for £39.95 not realising I needed a strimmer to go with it, they recommended the G45 pro for which I paid £79.95 when it came the weeding wheel won’t fit on it, and when I looked on eBay exact same weeding wheel is £6.00 a total con.

I would give it a zero if I could. I had ordered the M70 Pro jet wash, it came in a cardboard box. Not even the box that was advertised on their web site. It feels so cheap, especially the charger. I don't recommend this company, I want a refund & no reply as yet. Not even their phone number is real.

Order 2 weeks to arrive, had a job to read instructions as print was tiny. Item M70 pro not as advertised. Plugged in charger as instructed after 10 minutes big bang , fuse blew cover flew off the charger. Not impressed. I will try to send it back but it will probably cost me an arm and a leg. Basically its probably £49.90 down th drain. Will never use this firm again.
