My neighbor kept raving about their gear so I finally caved and grabbed a few items. Quality feels substantial, everything functions as described, and I appreciate how the company handles the environmental side of things with their tree planting program.

Ordered the multifunctional Garden Shovel £39.90 - took weeks to arrive, when it did arrive looked like it had been dragged round the world twice, could not believe it when I opened it up, I thought it was a joke! looks nothing like what I ordered, looks like something one of my kids made at school when they were 6, it's in the bin!

Impulse purchase turned into my favorite garden investment so far. Everything arrived ready to use with minimal setup fuss. The cordless cleaner tackles mud and grime without needing to haul extension cords around the yard.

It took ages to arrive. Looked nothing like the advert. Cheap plastic and doesn't work. What a waste of money. They do not reply to emails requesting a returns label for my money back. Don't buy. Go to Wickes or bnq

I brought a car jet wash a couple of months ago from beehomie through Facebook. When the item turned up it was not in the manufacturers box, everything was thrown into a brown box and tapped up. This had got a bit damaged in transit. The washing bottle was dented and as I took the gun out, water leaked out, so I was sure it was a return.
I charged it up and seemed to work OK. I got ready to wash the car. Got half way through spraying the soap on and machine stopped. Couldn't have run out of charge already, put I put it back on charge.....still didn't work, no power at all. I had to finish the car by hand.
I have since tried to contact the company through their website portal and to all available email addresses. Not a single reply. I am not calling the customer service number as they are in Hong Kong and that will cost a fortune.
It was a impulse buy and wouldn't usually buy from this country.
Avoid this company at all costs....I've lost £50 as I know they won't come back to me.

When you've gardened for thirty years like I have, you learn what works and what doesn't. These products genuinely improve the experience. The build quality tells you someone thought through the design. If you're on the fence about ordering, just do it. The forty-five day return window means there's zero risk and honestly their customer service responded to my question within hours.

I bought the G70 Pro chainsaw omg it was the smallest chainsaw I ever saw the case it was assembled in was broken and too small. I have tried to contact them several times as I want to return it there was no returnslip in the box. They have completely ignored my emails. I have contacted Facebook to report the site as misleading and false advertising.

Delivery took five business days which is fine. Product packaging was careful, nothing was damaged. The knee cushion works as intended for kneeling during longer gardening sessions. Decent quality for the price range, though I can't speak to longevity yet since I've only had it for two weeks.

Only one star as cant give a half and that would be too much .Still waiting for a £10 refund for selling me a pile of crap .All they sell is totally complete crap they haven't been on Facebook lately to whom I complained too .So save your money and blushes and avoid this company

The product I have ordered has arrived DAMAGED! Waited 3 weeks for them to reply my email to send another one or refund me!!! Its been another couple weeks past, been sending to chasing by the tracking number no ones replying me!!

Coming from those heavy manual tools I used for years, this wireless multifunctional shovel feels like stepping into the future. The weight distribution is so much better and my shoulder pain has actually decreased noticeably. After eight weeks of regular use in the garden I'm genuinely impressed with how well it holds up.

This company is dreadful, does it really exist ! . Bought a jet washer. It arrived in brown cardboard box from China. The packaging was nothing like as described in the selling material. The parts did not fit and actually broke while assembling. Have tried numerous times to contact via email to their Help email address but have had no response. Do not buy from this company

I ordered the jet washer expecting it to be able to get the mud off my patio. It arrived in a bag, no box. I put it together and it leaked out of all attachments. It then stoped working all together. I contacted them several times, one reply came eventually asking me to send a video of it not working which I did. Then nothing. Terrible rip off company. I have unsubscribed. Do not buy from this company

Been using their smart watering system for about two months now. At first I was hesitant because of the price point, but honestly the durability has proven itself. The app integration works smoothly.

I have still not received my item. Emailed 3 times stating thus and no reply.
Item now says delivered yet nothing received

Took it out expecting mediocre results from the price tag, but this chainsaw handled everything I threw at it without hesitation. The battery indicator could use some clarity on runtime estimates under heavy load, and I'd appreciate more details on the product page about what conditions drain it fastest.

Purchased a strimmer at a cost of £79.90, it broke the first time I used it, was flimsy, of very poor quality. They refused a refund and sent another strimmer which also broke the first time I used it!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Disgusting customer service. I ordered the pro washer which failed to arrive and despite numerous attempts to contact. Zero response. I have raised a dispute with my bank. Do NOT order.
