Great customer service. Quick to resolve.
I would definitely purchase from this company without hesitation.

The product is great and customer service is first class as they did everything they could to speed up an already late Fedex delivery.

Waste of money didnt expand. Customer service waste of time

I purchased a queen mattress from Amazon to replace the mattress in my 5th wheel. When I retrieved the 5th wheel from storage, I found that I did not need to replace the mattress. I contacted the seller on August 3rd to obtain the return label for sending the mattress back to them. A couple of emails later, I received the shipping label. Once the seller received the mattress, they deposited the refund into my bank account on August 9th. Communication was prompt and very courteous.

The bedstory memory foam mattress was so hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. I suffer with severe back pain and it made it worse.

I am rating a 3 because I was extremely pleased with their product and wanted to buy another bed. I reached out to their customer service department which was quick to respond and I deeply appreciate that. Only thing is they no longer have the bed available and cannot find me anything comparable? That’s odd to me. Especially since I am giving them such props on their product being comfortable you’d think they’d want to retain me as a customer and offer me a comparable product to purchase. That is my only feed back.

After only a few months of sensible use the mattress I purchased began to produce uncomfortable areas as the springs appeared at the surface.Although my interactions with BedStory consisted of polite, friendly and empathetic emails they did not result in a replacement.I was offered a 40% refund then50%.I reluctantly accepted 70%as a replacement offer was not forthcoming and by then it felt like I was in an auction! The mattress was not fit for purpose and I would not buy from this firm again.

Ordered a mattress topper which was very nice. But too formal for my partner. I contacted customer support and they offered me a discounted refund if I kept it. After a few emails and being unable to fit the topper in anything rational to send back. I received a partial refund and have kept the item. Great customer support!!

After sleeping on the mattress for a couple of months, I decided it was not for me. I called Bed Story and I spoke with a young lady on the phone. She took my info and told me that somebody would be in contact with me within 24 hours. I didn't hold my breath! Much to my surprise, I received an email the next morning from Hana, a sales rep. After a couple of emails back and forth, she issued me a credit for the full amount. She also told me to donate the mattress, which I have done.

I purchased a mattress thru Amazon. It arrived earlier than expected and was easy to set up. There was an issue that needed addressing so I contacted BedStory directly. My info was taken and as promised less than 24 hours later I was contacted back. All correspondance has been quick and they were eager to make sure my issue was solved. So nice to be able to have such great service these days. And my son said his new bed is quite comfortable. Win win for me here. Thank you!

Grace and Cora were quick to respond to my inquiry about an online purchase of a mattress. The customer service has been outstanding! I am happy that I purchased a mattress with the company.

The mattress is firm as I wanted. It helps my back a lot. Customer Service has also been very helpful and I am very happy with the product and service.

My issue was resolved timely, respectfully and adequately. I appreciate the ease of getting this resolved.

I order a mattress topper through Amazon but after it came realized that it wasn't what I was looking for. It had expanded and couldn't be fit back into the box, so I contacted BedStory customer service for assistance. They were extremely helpful and ended up offering me either pickup or a 50% refund and I could keep the mattress to sell or donate. I took the second option and am happy that I will both get some money back and see that the mattress topper is useful to someone.

Mattress topper losing its integrity by 70-days use.
Even dangerous now when exiting bed pursuant flattening [loss of integrity] into a chute-like shape.
That plus hangs few inches over side = slip & fall to floor or if lucky up against wall
Whether it's design/manufacturing or me. Don't know?!?

Contacted BedStory & received reply as recognition of receipt of my concern.
But no resolution!!
Finally, straps don't hold topper in place.
Thus, slides few inches over side [used for into/ outof bed]

I recently purchased BedStory’s premium hybrid mattress and it was too firm for my liking so I reached out to customer service. Within three days BedStory had satisfied my concern to my satisfaction. Thank Ada for helping me through it all!

We had high hopes for this American made bed, but after 1 1/2 years it began going soft. We purchased the through Amazon 2 years ago this month 6/23, it was supposed to be medium/firm. My wife could no longer sleep on it due to softness. We contacted Bedstory, they offered a 35% refund, but had to be on original credit account. We closed account a year ago. They couldn’t help us, neither could Amazon. Very disappointed with this $500.00 mattress,& Bed Story. Would not recommend.

I recently purchased BedStory’s premium hybrid mattress and had an occasion to contact their support center. Within three days BedStory had satisfied my concern to my satisfaction. I want to say the Customer Service provided was excellent. Emily and Emma, my Support Representatives corresponded with me and directly addressed my issue. Nothing was generic or computer generated. We now have two BedStory mattresses, their topper and a set of their pillows. A company that works with me in the manner they did deserves my support. I highly recommend BedStory.
