These little beasts are a nightmare. They prefer women and babies - how cowardly is that. May they crackle and burn. I have had heat treatment and then a chemical treatment and now they've re-appeared - again - admittedly not the plague proportions as previously. If you're going to set yourself up as a company and charge over 800 quid to deal with these vermin then you should be prepared to take responsibility. By and large this company does - with minor complaints so far.
They took my 1/2 payment by c/card and then took the rest after the first heat treatment without my authority . I don't think the c/card company would be too pleased about that for a start - retaining customers' security number etc. I emailed a manager about this but - no reply.
I also must admit that another company i phoned to do the same thing wanted about 1300 quid so I guess 800 has got to be ok!
It can be almost impossible to get thru by phone sometimes- I even saw the technician holding on for 10 mins trying to get thru.
The problem with these little critters is that they run like mad to the nearest vent/duct whatever when they feel the heat. I think that's why they need the chemical treatment as well. Supposedly the heat gets rid of the eggs as well? In any case I'll keep you posted if they are finally eradicated.

2 October: They're back again. v depressing. Ill phone tomorrow to see what they say.
12 Oct: I must give this company credit: They were quick off the mark and came for a respray - i didn't even know they had been. I don't want to get the technician into trouble but he said that we needed a reheat! The bad news is my tenants of 6 yrs have had enough and leaving. I wish a grown man was allowed to cry.
On the positive side i intend to strip the whole flat - even wallpaper.

May 2020: Stripped the lot- re-plastered even. 5K. Cant really say what the remedy was but they're gone - phew. Can you imagine if we got those little b's in lockdown. Hope Im not tempting fate - I am so grateful theyre gone. They really were a nightmare.

Slight mix up with the invoice but it was resolved quickly and they did a good job in the end so I would use again.

First class service delivered on a Sunday.

We did not have any bed bugs removed we had a new mattress delivered. But the service for this was second to none with constant communication throughout from the delivery drivers prior to delivery. The Customer Service Team at Panther were also very helpful.

Wasp nest eradication.
JGpestcontrol came the same day as I contacted them and dealt efficiently with the wasp nest. I have checked today as asked, seven days after the eradication, and there is no sign of wasps in the garden.

They came the same day and sorted wasps nest in a few minutes. It was so quick and simple.

Actual treatment for hornets has worked so far .......
But I gave a lower mark because I was booked for noon to 5 and no one turned up. I made three phone calls in this time, none were made to me. A fourth call resulted in the co rep, who was,v nice, turning up at 8pm to deal with a nest on top of a two storey flat roof in the pitch dark. I was not happy - and neither was he, so he went away and came back the next day. The only call I got the whole day was from Jack, just before 8 saying he couldn't find the house. I would have given a higher mark if it hadn't been for the terrible organisation. I was given a small discount for the inconvenience. I could have spent that wasted afternoon on some important work.

We had a bad wasps nest just above the bedroom window, e mailed my details late Saturday night, received a phone call early Sunday morning and an appointment was made for Monday afternoon. Very pleased an hour after the treatment had been done all the wasps had gone. Would recommend this company.

First of all a no show without a call to explain and then a failure to deal with wasp nest because didn't want to climb on roof. Then constant aggressive invoices

Your operators tried there best but l still have the same problem.
