Got the job done
This was my first ever infestation of bed bugs, and whilst it was a comparatively minor one, I was quite anxious about the whole episode. Bed Bugs Gone answered all my questions and followed that through with a prompt and efficient service.
They said it would take up to a month to eradicate them all, and they were right. Finally I'm bed bug free and glad the whole experience is over.

Sadly the first treatment didn't…
Sadly the first treatment didn't completely get rid of all our bugs, so we had to call the company back again.
I'm not even sure after the heat treatment and chemical spray they are actually gone. ( But anyone who's had said bugs like us, does become a bit paranoid at every itch!)
The guys that came to the house were amazing, knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Sadly the girls in the office weren't so great. We were told different advice each time we called and it became pretty frustrating and confusing.

Very professional and quick to come out to me... a week later and no bed bugs yet only dead nymphs appearing in the bed bug monitors, which I was told would happen up to four weeks after chemical spray..if they reappear they will come and do another spray...

Really pleased with my service!!
I had an issue with bedbugs and was heavily infested. I was feeling very anxious as I was getting bitten regularly. I called the first company I could find and luckily it was Bed Bugs gone.
The Customer Service person that I spoke to reassured me and listened to my worries.
I opted to have a Heat Treatment purely because I wanted a one day eradication.
The techs arrived on the day and they were brilliant, talking me through what they were going to be doing and answering my questions.
3 weeks down the line and I haven’t seen a bedbug since. Really happy with the service and have peace of mind in knowing that I have a guarantee in case of any issues.
Professional, discreet and sorted my issue. Would recommend.

I am just devastated and would report this company against authority .
Do not use this company for bedbugs treatment.

Satisfied, but treatment required 4 visits
The cost of the heat treatment/chemical spray was not cheap. I was therefore very disappointed when I still had live bugs in my home after THREE visits. After the fourth visit, my home appears to be bug free. The company did (as per the three month guarantee) return to keep treating my home, but it did require a certain amount of coercing after the second visit. The customer service of staff on the telephone varied; some staff were superbly helpful, others bordered on rude. Every technician was polite and turned up on time, however the 'senior' technicians were much more thorough than the junior staff. My issue with the bugs has now been eradicated so ultimately I am satisfied.

The guy who came was friendly
The guy who came was friendly, but the staff on the phone were rude and incompetent, and the bed bugs were not removed. You essentially got paid to do nothing.
