Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company. Sent a scratched head board and a dirty mattress. Took 2 weeks to collect, and I still have not received a refund after numerous emails, still nothing. It has delayed me moving into my new home.

Great product, delivery issues

Good quality product and great value for money. However, delayed delivery. Initial delivery date was cancelled 12 hrs before due. Finally delivered one week later than expected which was disappointing. No issues with product however.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Ordered small double bed. Lovely bed. Gas lift rod side was wrong size but team was very helpful and replied to my all queries before and after purchase very quickly and shipped replacement part soon after request.

Ambassador bed

Ordered an ambassador bed. Arrived in 10 working days. Absolutely amazing. I was a bit sceptical about ordering from somewhere I didn’t know, but I’m ever so glad that I did. Thank you BedSense!

Comfy bed, customer service could be better!

Pity about the lack of communication and limited delivery dates, only in area every 2 weeks. The time for delivery before ordering is shorter than they tell you afterwards.
Felt like a pest trying find out process and when the bed was getting delivered.

The bed is beautiful

The bed is beautiful. Very good quality as described.
Customer services was excellent when I thought I had a missing part they called and talked us through it. Would definitely recommend

Disregard the negative comments. A trustworthy company.

Purchased a double mattress for my daughter who had been complaining of a back pain constantly especially when she used to wake up in the morning. I found out about bedsense from someone I knew. I was skeptical at first but decided to go ahead disregarding the few negative comments. The mattress arrived on time at the appointed date. The delivery guy was kind enough to take it to the bedroom. The quality is very good and we took turns in trying it out. Really pleased.
My daughter now sleeps pain free. Nothing is more precious than your spine so we have decided to gradually replace all our mattresses. Only 2 left to buy one of which will be a super king size.
I would highly recommend this company.

Wouldnt recommend’ the bed came with no…

Wouldnt recommend’ the bed came with no instructions and there was one nut missing which we had to go out and purchase another one. Not only this but the bed frame the holes did not match up meaning we had to drill our own holes in the metal frame to enable it to all fit together and the spanner they sent did not fit the nuts provided

Excellent bed

Love the bed very good quality excellent, looks fabulous, really pleased 👍 I did also purchase a blanket box which again very good quality, however, it was missing two buttons and did have a screw hole in one side, but I got in touch with bedsense who quickly sent the replacement buttons but did not address the screw hole.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Very sturdy and the finish is fantastic. Great delivery service too. Had text messages and emails to confirm the delivery day and then time slot. Was called by the driver an hour before to check we were at home. 
Absolutely in love with the bed! Highly recommend!

Poor service they don’t even have a…

Poor service they don’t even have a customer service team which makes it very difficult for them to understand the distress and inconvenience caused. Ordered a bed one of the item was missing they then tried to blame it on the third party courier instead of taking responsibility better to pay extra and go with a known company like Amazon dreams
