Company’s probably going into administration so trying to rip people off!!

The entire bed is not fit for purpose- says it was made in the UK on the website and yet some labels indicate that it was made in China. The gaslift has the incorrect pistons making it impossible for the slats to lie flat meaning that I am unable to store anything under it???
On top of that there is no base to the bed whatsoever just the frame so the stored items would be sitting on the carpet floor?? Diabolical!! 😡
No way of contacting the company now having paid nearly £600 for something yet I can see their response from here is contact them via email- done that and still nothing!! 😡😡😡😡

It's been a nightmare…

It's been a nightmare dealing with bedsense, being disabled it's hard to find furniture that I can easily use, I got in touch with bedsense and was told I could have a left hand opening sleigh bed with a divan base that opens on the left hand side, I thought great ill go with that one, after saving hard for over a year to be able to finally get the bed I not only wanted but would be able to use I handed over the £580 to even include a matching blanket box, and thats were my excitement ended after waiting nearly 3 weeks for the bed to arrive first thing I noticed was there was no blanket box, once the thick plastic rap was removed from the bed I spotted a hole in the wood right where I was going to be sleeping, the feet were not the same as advertised, there was no instructions on how to put the bed together or bed care, and they had built the bed to open on the right which meant I wouldn't be able to use the ottoman part, but could not keep the bed anyway because of the hole, contacted bedsense to be told I was not getting a refund because its custom made, and told me I knew this already, in all the emails from bedsense never once did they mention this. Now I have no bed and no money to buy one, this company as totally ruined any chance of me buying anything off line again, totally let down and deflated.

We ordered two single bed and the…

We ordered two single bed and the company adjusted the head height acording to our loft space. Was very happy with their service and their prompt reply to emails. I am also very happy with the quality of the bed.

Great Customer Sevice and Amazing…

Great Customer Sevice and Amazing quality bed. I ordered the Hilton Bed with the ottoman gaslift. I recieved confirmation of my order and was update om tge expected delivery date. Bed came exactly when the company said and better quality then expected. Highlh Recommend!

Excellent service

I ordered a Divan Base and Headboard and It was delivered earlier than expected on the 11th January without any problems. I got delivery updates via email so I knew when to expect my delivery, and on the day of delivery, the driver rang to say that he was approx 1 hour away. The base and headboard were both well packaged when they arrived. They were as described on the website, and I would be happy to use this company again based on my experience.

Terrible devilary came 2 weeks late…

Terrible devilary came 2 weeks late ended up with 3 different couriers and when bed came they thrown my mattress onto the floor out of the back of van

Bought a bed and mattress in October…

*** update - as suggested on here by bed-sense emailed the sales team for follow up a week ago and have heard nothing

Bought a bed and mattress in October last year. Whilst the bed itself was great, we’re really disappointed with the quality of the mattress. Springs have started to pop through and it’s now too uncomfortable to sleep on. This is a queen size bed being slept on by a slight frame 13 year old girl. Also, getting no response to my email to customer service 😡

Highly recommend!

I was so apprehensive about ordering the furniture for my new house online as you never know what to really expect. I am so relieved and thrilled at how excellent our beds from Bedsense have turned out. I ordered 4 beds in total and I am majorly impressed at how all 4 different designs have been mastered. Such a beautiful finish. Highly recommend!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered bed on 6th December for guaranteed seven day delivery. Still no bed. Customer service non existent. Children sleeping on floor. Have been now told that a refund will be issued. However no bed which was the initial aim of purchase and have been waiting for 19 days!

AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Use Bedstar instead. Ordered bed same time arrived within four days and is perfect.

wrong colour bed sent out

wrong colour bed sent out. cant get hold of these guys at all currently trying to pursue through credit card. i understand that this can happen but a lack of contact isnt acceptable. sent over 10 emails, they have no actual contact numbers.

Disgruntled customer

We ordered a velvet bedframe for our daughter, which after unpacking we found a small bit of damage to the frame...cut in the velvet. Their customer service was appalling with the damage being "our fault "as their delivery driver hadn't noticed the damage & noted it down...it was evident in their photo! After 18 emails we just gave up . Do not recommend!!

Ambassador bed 5* …

I ordered an ambassador bed from this company, I emailed them to enquire estimate delivery and they got back to me the same day, the bed came on time and all pieces received,

Didn’t come with instructions but a quick email and they reposed within the hour with the instructions

Super happy with the bed all in immaculate condition! Would recommend and order from here again
