I received such lovely service from a really helpful member of staff who made buying a special gift for my daughter’s 18th birthday so easy. They were friendly, helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure. The delivery was also incredibly quick. It’s so nice to receive such great personal service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for making the whole process so straightforward!

I had a wonderful experience at this jeweller's. Hannah was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for. She made some excellent suggestions and guided me towards a truly beautiful piece that I absolutely love. Her customer service was exceptional, and I never felt pressured. I would highly recommend this jeweller to anyone looking for quality jewellery and a personal shopping experience.

Very disappointing, especially after nearly 40 years of loyalty, will never shop there again. Lost a diamond in my 18ct eternity ring last year, (ring value around £3k), they repaired it at a cost of £294, around 15 months later (just out of the years repair warranty) another diamond fell out and was lost (no idea if it was the exact ‘repaired’ diamond or not), service started out ok but quickly turned into a battle, estimate was nearly £2k this time, such a massive increase (replace the missing diamond, and also the one next to it due to a crack in the diamond), Beaverbrooks explanation was that the cost of diamonds and gold had increased in value since a year ago, total fabrication. Went to an independent jewellers, cost to repair was £150 and that was for 2 diamonds, they assumed Beaverbrooks had seriously inflated their quote on the basis they didn’t want to do the repair, shocking service from Beaverbrooks, will not shop there again. Very Disappointed and sad.

Staff very helpful, couldnt do enough. Had a lovely glass of Prosecco. All in all I would definitely recommend this company.

We were welcomed into the store by a very lovely lady. We asked to look at some rings for my partner. She asked us to take a seat and offered us a drink. Upon returning she chatted to us and let us take our time to decide what we liked. She then brought some rings in my partner's size and one of them was perfect. We didn't feel rushed. Lisa F made us feel valued as customers and is now a part of the love story of the one legged woman from Bury and the handsome man from Bath.
