I ordered on November 30th and never recieved my order. I messaged customer service and didn't recieve a response. I would just like a refund it was just a can of hairspray.

Item in picture represented larger quantity than what was shipped.

I have been a customer of Beautystoredepot.com a couple years or more. Each product that I have ordered has stood up to the information provided in the product description.
Their delivery of items is quick. Customer service is beyond exceptional....you even can speak to a "live" person.
Love, love their sample products. Sometimes the sample products can be big size products....can't beat the samples.
I have referred friends to Beautystoredepot.com and they have become customers as well.
I will continue to be a regular customer and refer friends.

I only got part of my order and every time I tried to contact the company, no one answered or replied. I also did not get a refund for what I did not receive.

Found product easily. It arrived in a timely manner

So..I have been using mop products forever..decided to get them here with a special discount they had...ordered over 100 bucks worth of mixed greens shampoo ..conditioner..and pear tetangler. I used the shampoo and knew immediately that this was not the right product...the smell was totally different..it looked totally different...the smell is so strong that I dread using it...I contacted them and basically was told that mop may have changed the product... honestly..it felt like someone had put a cheap shampoo into an expensive shampoo bottle.. I won't be buying again and will go direct to the company from now on...bumbed me out....had I been the company I would have offered to send a new bottle.

Products are always shipped quickly.

I love to order the products that I love, and when they ru outs order some more. My skin glows, and I am a"Farm to Fork", Organic Chef..... My skincare has to match what eat.....We are talking " Holistic".
How wood I eat the way I do, and then use bad ingredient Skincare? The answer is I wouldn't

It seems that Beautystoredepot is experiencing staffing shortages to answer phone calls and fill orders. I have always had instant help in the past. That has changed over the last few months with delayed return calls.

I wasn't made aware of one of the products I ordered being out of stock until I received the package and a note indicated that it wasn't available. Then I didn't get a refund for that product until I reached out to inquire. Products weren't what I expected them to be as well.

I forgot to enter my discount code and they were kind enough to apply the code afterwards.

Having the products I wanted. The service and timely manner I received.
