Unfortunately excellent service, especially online is a rarity however, it was a total suprise to recieve such a prompt, polite, 'can do' response to my query after placing an order with a total resolution included! Placed my first online order on 18th January and received it on the 23rd January, spending nearly £60 including p&p. I am extremely happy with my order, all the products arrived in one box, nicely packaged. I ordered an array of items and am delighted with all of them. Will definitely order from Beauty Outlet again.

The customer service is always excellent and out of stock products are always advised and offered a refund or a close alternative recommended

I originally left a negative review as I had received makeup that was out of date. Since contacting Beauty Outlet customer services, they have given me a full refund and have assured me that date checks will be carried out on their stock. I'll happily given them a 2nd chance now they are aware of an issue.

I really love this company, I ordered from here and the date given was for a week later instead my order arrived 2 days after I had ordered. I love all the nails they have! You can't get them anywhere else! I'm so glad I found this company because their items are so cheap too😊

Received my box of goodies yesterday WOW I love, love,love them all in long overdue for some new makeup I was not disappointed this is going to be the first of many orders. On Saturday 28th at 11.41me and my daughter went in and purchased four items the gitl at the till charged me for five items I thought it was a bit to much but didn't question it as we was in a rush when we got home later that day I checked my receipts I was over charged by £3.99 I was served by Josefine till 2 at 11.41 I feel this was done deliberately I would like someone to look into this matter kind Regards Naila Akbar

Terrible ordered around £50 of items for my daughter's birthday and never arrived!!! Do not order from this store complete con!

First time buying from this company and i'm really pleased with all the items i received, and the prices are very competitive. Super quick delivery as well! I only put my online order in on Tuesday and it was delivered today, Thursday (19th), i had an email to track the order and was also given a 2 hour delivery slot.

I will definitely use again, and will also recommend to friends and family. I'm a very happy customer 👍

Mystery box was amazing. Well over 50£ worth of goodies. Nails had hard glue with them but I guess that’s why the box is 10£ . Came really quick and packages well.
Holly in the Skegness branch packed my order and I was honestly so happy.
