Fantastic value ordered skinny tan ( tan & Ton wonder serum 144ml express one hour’s normally my sister paid £31.99 for one I find it on this site £3.99 each it’s best bargain of the year I ordered 20 units my supplier was so happy I order 40 more it’s best value I’ll keep buy from them I wished they use Royal Mail instead Amazon Shipping but it’s them Owen business they do what’s best for business I fully understand that many thanks for great value for money

Bridgend outlet store in mcarthur glen I was helped by three lovely members of staff. Two on the floor who helped me find some hand cream for myself and face moisturiser with spf for my mum, and then a lovely polite server on the till. They were so good I asked for their names so I could write a review.

My order was shipped quickly, packaged really well. I did have an issue with a product which must have got damaged in transit but customer service team resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. l will definitely shop with them again and would highly recommend them.

My delivery was never received. I contacted them and I had a fast response to my query and they were so apologetic even though it was not their fault that I didn’t receive my item. They took it a step further and asked if I wanted a refund or another item shipped out which I was very happy to receive another item because I was really looking forward to using the item based on recommendation from a colleague. Ordered for my partner from here. Paid for item plus delivery. Received a confirmation and a link to track package. Clicking on the link, it takes me to Amazon delivery who state they have the label printed. However when I try to track it further, I'm informed that I have to provide a billing address before it can be delivered. Why?.
I've already provided that and the bill was paid. It's even on my bank statement. As I have not used my Amazon account for some time I can not access my account due to an old payment card being on file there, so now my package is on hold. When I pay for delivery, I think it's reasonable to expect it to be delivered and not have some third party demanding I send them all manner of evidence.
The order number is 64304.
I am not happy at all with this. You should make it clear who your shipping agent is. From now on I will never purchase from anyone who uses this ridiculous method. Royal Mail or couriers don't play this game so why should Amazon.

Very satisfied with that store I discovered not too long ago. Lots of items to be found and those prices they have there you cannot find anywhere else. At some point I thought maybe there is something wrong with the items but that was absolutely wrong- everything is legit and very kind responsive customer support too.
Will be definitely re-purchasing 😍

I found this website that sold a product which my wife loves. Most outlets are out of stock so I was delighted to find the product from Beautyoutlets.Not only in stock but a great price as well.

Brought 3 bottles of perfume and 1 of the bottle's nozzle was not working. Went to the outlet and friendly staff replaced it immediately. I had purchased it in September 2024 and took it back in February 2025. Still without the purchase bill they replaced it Free of cost. Infact they asked for proof of purchase but I didn't have. They considered the goodwill of customer. GREAT RESOLUTION and happy customer. Definitely recommend.
