Shocking customer service!

Have a missing parcel and this company couldn't care less, said royal mail won't reimburse so they won't? But it is their responsibility to get the product to me. They should despatch items signed for so royal mail cannot just leave a parcel somewhere then. this isn't my problem but they honestly couldn't be less helpful if they tried, said I have to deal with royal mail, no it's their responsibility as they chose the cheaper service to send the item! It also took AGES to be dispatched.. never again!!

The delivery arrived within the tome and date quoted. The free gift and sample was lovely. Maybe a same idea would be over certain amount Maybe give more free samples especially for customers who are loyal

First time using this website, the service was excellent, my order was dispatched quickly arrived securely packaged , pricing was cheaper than high street shop’s, very happy will definitely use again thank you
