Parcel got lost but I got the refund from Beauty as well
I didn't recieved the parcel, it went lost with DPD transport. However, I claimed to Customer Service and Beauty as well followed the issue. When the transport company didn't give them further infomation about the parcel whereabouts, they refund me everything.
The parcel still lost but I didn't lose the money. Moreover, they personally call me and tell me all they did and that if the parcel comes in the end I can keep it. I'll edit the review if the parcel shows up.. but it's been more than a month since was shipped so it's seems unlikely I will recieve it.
